Konstantin Shcheglov e97f1bdbf0 Switch analysis_server to language 2.12, so null safety, but opt-out files. 
This should allow doing partial migration, specifically protocol files,
which are imported by other libraries, but are a small library cycle
that does not import much outside of it.

Janice Collins da1d9eb1bd Add a way for analysis_server to open communication via a IsolateChannel. 
The idea is to pass a SendPort as an optional parameter to
ServerStarter.start(), and if present, key server behavior around
behaving well as an isolate.

Mike Fairhurst 7ba5584c2e [analysis_server] Fix outdated desin Service->Server, use Service->Logger. 
Also multiplex the service rather than the logger, so that we can
multiplex a crash reporting instrumentation service with a file logging
instrumentation service.

Mike Fairhurst ebab20824a Formalizing the hacks letting the angular analyzer plugin run for now. 
Mostly just making private methods public. But also add in some hooks
(via streams and callbacks) that allow the angular analyzer to wrap
analysis drivers in new angular drivers.

This code will likely all be reverted at some point when a much much
better plugin API is available.
