Alexander Aprelev 56819231be [vm/shared] Fix LoadStaticField calls initializer behavior.
With b32e5e5a91 under --experimental_shared_data flag, `LoadStaticField` calls initializer stub to confirm presence of isolate when accessing non-shared static fields. This breaks the role that `calls_initializer` attribute/parameter used to play where it was specifically describing neccessity to call initializer, which is important in how `LoadStaticField` instruction is used in static field setters - it should not attempt to call initialzer.

This CL fixes the problem by renaming current `calls_initializer` `LoadStaticFieldInstr` attribute to `does_slow_checks`, and "adding" separate `calls_initializer` parameter to the instruction to signify specifically whether initializer has to be called.

Isolates in one group share same origin_id anyway, so it makes sense to store it on the group too.

Remove isolate's _originNumber from service api - isolate group should be used instead.

This is a reland of commit cb9ecbc363

This reland only turns on the entry point verification flag by
default in AOT mode. After Flutter tests that use native access
in JIT mode have been appropriately updated, a followup CL will
turn this flag on by default in JIT mode as well.

Tess Strickland cb9ecbc363 [vm] Enforce that entry points must be annotated by default.
Changes the default value of the --verify-entry-points flag
to true.

Changes the default value for the check_is_entrypoint argument to
to the Invoke/InvokeGetter/InvokeSetter flags to true. The mirrors
library implementation and calls via vm-service explicitly pass
false for this argument now.

Add annotations as needed, such as annotating classes with
annotated generative constructors. In some cases, the annotations
were more general than needed (e.g., annotating with a no-argument
entry point annotation when only the setter is needed), so make
those annotations more specific.

As this pattern is already common in downstream code, allow
Dart_Invoke on fields as long as the field is annotated for getter
access. (That is, calling Dart_Invoke for a field is equivalent to
retrieving the closure value via Dart_GetField and then calling
Dart_InvokeClosure.)

Vyacheslav Egorov 157a0dc7f9 [vm/service] Shutdown service isolate if its main errored
If main function throws an error it might leave service isolate
in an inconsitent state and it does make sense to keep the isolate running
we might even dead lock trying to shut it down later (e.g. it might have failed
to create native port).

Flutter engine has a unit test which beings startup sequence for service
isolate and then quickly shutdowns VM - in this case vmservice main throws
and error trying to create native port. If we mark service isolate as
running at this state we will end up deadlocking in shutdown sequence
because main thread can't send exit message to the service isolate (as
we failed to create a port).

Martin Kustermann 6f704e0e97 [vm/concurrency] Avoid invoking Dart code while holding IsolateGroup read lock
Once the vm-service isolate starts up it will iterate over all isolates
to discover already started isolates. It does so via iterating over all
isolate groups and all isolates within them. Doing so requires a read
lock.

Until now it has called into Dart while holding the read lock. This can
lead to a deadlock, since calling Dart code can trigger JIT compilation
which can trigger various things that require the same lock.

Instead, this CL accumulates a list of (isolate-main-port, isolate-name)
pairs while iterating over isolate groups and the isolates therein.
Afterwards it registers those isolates in a bulk - without holding any
locks.

It relies on flutter copy of clang distribution, same one that is used to build flutter/engine.

It addressed several deprecated warnings from clang compiler for functions like strdup, unlink, etc.

It allows few warnings still since they are triggered in third_party sources.

This reverts commit 922ea3e9b6 in patchset 1, fix for assertion triggered in https://ci.chromium.org/b/8883214567628884960 in patchset 2, fix for deadlock around symbols table mutex in patchset 4.

Original commit description:

Speed up is achieved by sharing most of the dart code, object store
and class table between isolates in single isolate group. So
instead of bootstrapping isolate from the snapshot, isolate is
initialized by setting pointers to existing data structures already
set up for first isolate, and only few isolate-specific structures (moved
to newly introducted isolate_object_store) are created.

To allow for safe cross-isolate switchable call site, type test cache
mutations additional synchronization via RunWithStoppedMutators(that
relies on safepoints) was added.
Besides switchable call sites, no other mutation to the dart code is
done in AOT, which allows such sharing.

Alexander Aprelev 0425997b31 Second attempt to reland "[vm/concurrency] Introduce concept of Isolate Groups"
This reverts commit 3d14b75f97.

An Isolate Group (IG) is a collection of isolates which were spawned from the
same source. This allows the VM to:

  * have a guarantee that all isolates within one IG can safely exchange
    structured objects (currently we rely on embedder for this
    guarantee)

  * hot-reload all isolates together (currently we only reload one
    isolate, leaving same-source isolates in inconsistent state)

  * make a shared heap for all isolates from the same IG, which paves
    the way for faster communication and sharing of immutable objects.

All isolates within one IG will share the same IsolateGroupSource.

**Embedder changes**

This change makes breaking embedder API changes to support this new
concept of Isolate Groups: The existing isolate lifecycle callbacks
given to Dart_Initialize will become Isolate Group lifecycle callbacks.
A new callback `initialize_isolate` callback will be added which can
initialize a new isolate within an existing IG.

Existing embedders can be updated by performing the following renames

  Dart_CreateIsolate -> Dart_CreateIsolateGroup
  Dart_IsolateCreateCallback -> Dart_IsolateGroupCreateCallback
  Dart_IsolateCleanupCallback -> Dart_IsolateGroupShutdownCallback
  Dart_CreateIsolateFromKernel -> Dart_CreateIsolateGroupFromKernel
  Dart_CurrentIsolateData -> Dart_CurrentIsolateGroupData
  Dart_IsolateData -> Dart_IsolateGroupData
  Dart_GetNativeIsolateData -> Dart_GetNativeIsolateGroupData
  Dart_InitializeParams.create -> Dart_InitializeParams.create_group
  Dart_InitializeParams.cleanup -> Dart_InitializeParams.shutdown_group
  Dart_InitializeParams.shutdown -> Dart_InitializeParams.shutdown_isolate

By default `Isolate.spawn` will cause the creation of a new IG.

Though an embedder can opt-into supporting multiple isolates within one IG by
providing a callback to the newly added `Dart_InitializeParams.initialize_isolate`.
The responsibility of this new callback is to initialize an existing
isolate (which was setup by re-using source code from the spawning
isolate - i.e. the one which used `Isolate.spawn`) by setting native
resolvers, initializing global state, etc.

Original review: https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/105241

Difference to original review:

  * Give each isolate it's own [Loader] (for now)
  * Sort classes during initialization for spawned isolates if app-jit is used (to match main isolate)
  * Fix IsolateData memory leak if isolate startup fails

Difference to first reland(Patchset 2):

  * Fix typo where memory was freed twice.

> given to Dart_Initialize will become Isolate Group lifecycle callbacks.
> A new callback `initialize_isolate` callback will be added which can
> initialize a new isolate within an existing IG.
>
> Existing embedders can be updated by performing the following renames
>
>   Dart_CreateIsolate -> Dart_CreateIsolateGroup
>   Dart_IsolateCreateCallback -> Dart_IsolateGroupCreateCallback
>   Dart_IsolateCleanupCallback -> Dart_IsolateGroupShutdownCallback
>   Dart_CreateIsolateFromKernel -> Dart_CreateIsolateGroupFromKernel
>   Dart_CurrentIsolateData -> Dart_CurrentIsolateGroupData
>   Dart_IsolateData -> Dart_IsolateGroupData
>   Dart_GetNativeIsolateData -> Dart_GetNativeIsolateGroupData
>   Dart_InitializeParams.create -> Dart_InitializeParams.create_group
>   Dart_InitializeParams.cleanup -> Dart_InitializeParams.shutdown_group
>   Dart_InitializeParams.shutdown -> Dart_InitializeParams.shutdown_isolate
>
>

> * Give each isolate it's own [Loader] (for now)
> * Sort classes during initialization for spawned isolates if app-jit is used (to match main isolate)
> * Fix IsolateData memory leak if isolate startup fails
