Tess Strickland 9098b79160 [vm] Verify entry point annotations in Dart_GetStaticMethodClosure.
Methods that are accessed via Dart_GetStaticMethodClosure should
be annotated as a getter entry point, so now the runtime verifies that.

This is a reland of commit cb9ecbc363

This reland only turns on the entry point verification flag by
default in AOT mode. After Flutter tests that use native access
in JIT mode have been appropriately updated, a followup CL will
turn this flag on by default in JIT mode as well.

Tess Strickland cb9ecbc363 [vm] Enforce that entry points must be annotated by default.
Changes the default value of the --verify-entry-points flag
to true.

Changes the default value for the check_is_entrypoint argument to
to the Invoke/InvokeGetter/InvokeSetter flags to true. The mirrors
library implementation and calls via vm-service explicitly pass
false for this argument now.

Add annotations as needed, such as annotating classes with
annotated generative constructors. In some cases, the annotations
were more general than needed (e.g., annotating with a no-argument
entry point annotation when only the setter is needed), so make
those annotations more specific.

As this pattern is already common in downstream code, allow
Dart_Invoke on fields as long as the field is annotated for getter
access. (That is, calling Dart_Invoke for a field is equivalent to
retrieving the closure value via Dart_GetField and then calling
Dart_InvokeClosure.)

Stephen Adams 18994e6e46 [typed_data] Remove UnmodifiableXXXView classes
In most cases, the (now removed) SDK class was patched so that the constructor redirected to a platform-specific implementation of the unmodifiable view. Uses of the SDK class in the platform code could be rewritten to the more direct use of the implementation class.

The big +/- file changes are from moving the implementation classes from the patch file (typed_data_patch.dart), where they are no longer needed, to the internal file (typed_data.dart).

- Initial and final marking no longer visit all of new-space, reducing the STW pause for major GC.
 - A scavenge during concurrent marking must forward / filter objects in the marking worklist that are moved / collected, increasing the STW pause for minor GC.
 - Unreachable intergenerational cycles and weak references are collected in the next mark-sweep instead of first requiring enough scavenges to promote the whole cycle or weak target into old-space.
 - Artificial minor GCs are no longer needed to avoid memory leaks from back-to-back major GCs.
 - reachabilityBarrier is now just a count of major GCs.

Patchset 1 is a reland of commit

Derek Xu 475240d234 Reland "[VM/Timeline] Make timestamp1_or_id variables more understandable"
This is a reland of commit 46e70a7c07

It turns out that flow events do need to be associated with IDs in
Chrome's trace format, so the diff between patchset 1 and 6 contains the
changes required to document that.

TEST=Checked that duration events still looked correct in traces written
by the Perfetto file recorder. Checked that events still looked correct
in traces recorded to the MacOS recorder. Checked that flow events still
looked correct in Observatory. Ran the
vm/cc/DartAPI_TimelineEvents_Serialization test in debug mode, and with
ASAN and TSAN.

CoreLibraryReviewExempt: Does not change any APIs, just stops passing a
value that will never be read. Specifically, we do not need to pass a
flow ID on the end side of track events.

Martin Kustermann 779e51efc1 [vm] Remove Thread::{Enter,Exit}IsolateAsHelper
For every isolate there should be only one mutator with
a unique [Thread] object.

We change existing tests that use this functionality to instead use
`Thread::{Enter,Exit}IsolateGroupAsHelper`. It also results in a net
removal of code.
