Danny Tuppeny 800421bc60 [analysis_server] Refactor servers to allow producing edits for LSP over Legacy 
This is a no-op refactor extracted from an upcoming change to enable the onWillRenameFiles request to work for LSP over the Legacy protocol.

It's mostly lifting some API from the LSP server to the base server and some into a new mixin (`LspVerifyEditHelpersMixin`) to provide the required methods for verifying edits without the usual LSP base test classes.

Kallen Tu ac04a4e4e2 [analyzer] Remove generated constant evaluator and its tests. 
The generated constant evaluator is not being used and is removed by
this CL. All imports of the deleted evaluator will import the more
direct dependency and tests are moved to `evaluation_test.dart`.

Sam Rawlins 9e6486fe3f Analyzer: Make test fields late, late final, or hinted for migration. 
Many fields can be late or late final, so adding hints for the migration tool.

In SnippetTester, the fields are all set in the constructor. Added a factory
constructor so the fields can be final. Renamed them to be private.

Paul Berry b0b06bff31 Revert "Issue 37487. Add CompilationUnit.languageVersion override." 
Reason for revert: it was a breaking change to the analyzer public API.

There were two breakages:

- A @required `languageVersion` parameter was added to
  AstFactory.compilationUnit, which is part of the officially
  supported analyzer public API.

- A @required `languageVersion` parameter was added to the Parser
  constructor, which is not part of the officially supported analyzer
  public API, but is part of its de facto public API due to the fact
  that it is used by dart_style.

This reverts commit ce26dfda7d.

Paul Berry 53a905cde1 Introduce function parseFile2. 
This is similar to the existing `parseFile` function, but it is more
efficient, and it supports the same parameters `featureSet` and
`throwIfDiagnostics` as `parseString`.
