Danny Tuppeny fadf8a0959 [analysis_server] Support LSP executeCommand over DTD to support code actions
There are a few things in this CL that were difficult to separate testing of (because they're all part of the same feature):

1. sets `requiresTrustedCaller=false` on the `executeCommand` handler so that commands can be called over DTD. It adds the same flag to the command handlers themselves, so a command can control whether it can be called over DTD or not (right now we allow everything except `logAction` and `sendWorkspaceEdit` which are both commands used internally and not appropriate for DTD clients to call).

2. Removes the allow-list on DTD methods, allowing all LSP shared methods to be available over DTD

3. Extends the integration test classes to support reverse-requests so we can verify the edits being sent back to the editor when calling the code actions commands over DTD

4. It also fixes a few bugs where we read the callers capabilities instead of the editors capabilities (which until now would always be the same in those places, but with this change are not).

Danny Tuppeny fe43c00880 [analysis_server] Add document version support for the legacy server
This adds an optional version number to AddContentOverlay and UpdateContentOverlay in the legacy protocol.

It also moves some code (such as the `Map` that stores the current document versions) from the LSP server into the base class, and updates the overlay handlers to update it.

And finally, it removes the FailingTest() annotations on the versioned EditArguments test since they now work.

I wrote a test that generates 10,000 lines of code, each containing one
violation of `prefer_single_quotes`, computes the fixes for all of the
diagnostics, and applies the 20,000 edits, measuring how long the
application takes.

Before this change the average was 3355.0 ms.

After this change the average is 3.8 ms.

The change was inspired by Jens.

Danny Tuppeny 75d15bbfa3 [analysis_server] Support formatter page width from analysis_options in legacy protocol
This adds the same support previously added to LSP to the legacy protocol.

As with LSP, the value in analysis_options overrides the explicit argument (since the expectation is that the user has not specifically chosen this value for this file, but rather as a default for the project/globally).

See https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/56864

[analyzer] Add support for "formatter" in analysis_options + use page_width in LSP

This adds support for validation + completion for `formatter/page_width` in analysis_options, and uses this value in preference to the client-supplied value in the LSP server.

It does not yet add support for the legacy protocol, and there are a few questions in https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/56864#issuecomment-2399289974.

Danny Tuppeny 28e926f0fb [analyzer]/[analyzer_plugin] Support change descriptions on SourceEdit
Previously, we only had descriptions of changes on a SourceChange. In order to support annotated edits over LSP for "Fix All in Workspace" we need to be able to track descriptions on each change within a file so that if we're fixing multiple different lints with a single SourceFileEdit they can be annotated/grouped in the UI.

In order to avoid every fix providing a description, ChangeBuilder has a field that allows recording the current change description and all builders created from it will use that description when creating their changes. This allows the BulkFixProcessor to set the description on behalf of each fix producer ensuring they all get descriptions (which is done in a follow-up CL along with Fix All in Workspace functionality).

This adds support for the legacy server to switch to URIs using a client capability. In this mode, all "FilePaths" will be URI strings over the protocol (in both directions).

It also allows the server to send LSP notifications (wrapped inside an "lsp.notification" notification, matching how requests/responses work). Notifications are automatically enabled if the client uses any LSP methods or sends the new "supportsUris" capability.

Danny Tuppeny 8d936d38fc [analysis_server]/[analyzer_plugin] Make all toJson/fromJson methods go through a central converstion for Path<->URI Strings
This change shouldn't change any current behaviour, but means all "FilePath" types in the legacy protocol spec will go through a (currently no-op) conversion. The server will be able to replace this conversion based on client capabilities in a future CL.

Because a lot of the generated classes are in analyzer_plugin, this also moves the ClientUriConverter class there.

`pkg\analysis_server\test\src\utilities\json_test.dart` contains tests that the toJson/fromJson methods go through the converter recursively (inc. map keys/values/etc.).

Danny Tuppeny 76dc2c4cfa [analysis_server] Change LSP-over-Legacy to be wrapped with the original protocol
Originally we didn't use the LSP Request/Response classes, and just exposed the handlers through the legacy request/response.

However there were some mismatches (such as legacy protocol always returns Map<String, Object?> but some LSP requests return Lists, LSP using int|String IDs, and LSP having numeric error codes that don't match legacy string error codes).

This change uses LSP's request and Response by wrapping them inside a standard (legacy) handler. The LSP-over-Legacy handler has become a standard handler, and the params contain an "lspMessage" field that holds an LSP message, and the result contains an "lspResponse" field that contains an LSP response.

If an LSP handler returns an error, it will be returned as an error inside the LSP response, which will be in a _successful_ legacy request (since that's how we can return an LSP response - as the result).

Sam Rawlins f46c9afc12 [analysis_server] Add type arguments to remaining raw types
The Maps are all JSON, so they become `Map<Object?, Object?>`.

Most other types get a `Object` or `Object?` type argument, and a
few also get `dynamic`.

Sam Rawlins 49a3fb4f96 [analyzer] Separate the HTML parser utility from the DOM
With the parser code in the same library as the DOM classes, the
`pkg/analyzer/tool/messages/generate.dart` program, which generates all
of the diagnostic classes and diagnostics, _depends_ on a library
with a `parse` method which depends on these diagnostic classes (in
order to report errors while parsing HTML). This means that if
there is any existing error (like an unknown identifier) in the
existing error codes, it is impossible to generate the error codes.

Since we don't need the `parse` method to generate diagnostics, we
split up the library and remove the indirect dependency.

Separating the parser code out removes the loop.

Sam Rawlins bb9371f255 [analyzer] Tidy up much benchmark and integration test code:
* Add a type argument to raw `Future` types (typically `Future<void>`)
* Add type arguments to raw `Map` types (typically Map<String, Object?>`)
* Add a type argument to raw `Completer` constructor calls.
* Use collection-elements in more places.
* Replace an implementation of `String.padLeft` and `String.padRight` with
StringBuffer extension methods that use `String.padLeft` and
  `String.padRight`.
* Rename many `sb` variables to `buffer`, which is more idiomatic.
* Move some StringBuffer helper methods to be extensions on StringBuffer.
* Use constructor tear-offs instead of closures which call a constructor.
* Use single quotes where we can.
* Do not prefix constant names with the letter 'k' [1].
* In IntegrationTestMixin:
  * Rename to `IntegrationTest`, as it is never used as a mixin.
  * Public Stream fields are converted to be getters.
  * Private StreamController fields are initialized at their declaration [2],
    instead of an initialization method.
* Remove empty zero-parameter constructors.
