Danny Tuppeny 57c414868e [analyzer] Fix exception searching synthetic parameters 
This fixes https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/60005 caused by `source!` by instead handling the null. However, it leaves navigation still not-working for these synthetic parameters (see failing tests).

Danny Tuppeny 916272331b [analysis_server] Remove the singleton uriConverter and pass explicitly to all toJson/fromJson methods 
This avoids accidentally using the converter when talking to plugins, (at least for now) URIs are never expected, and file paths should always be used regardless of which mode the server is in.

This unfortunately touches a _lot_ of code, so I've pushed in many separate patch sets to Gerrit.

Danny Tuppeny e3451cb526 [analyzer] Fix some issues running tests with Windows paths on macOS 
While tidying up some branches on my Mac I found this change I'd never uploaded. It fixes some (thought not all) failures when running with the memory resource provider set to Windows-style paths on non-Windows.

It also allows an environment variable (TEST_ANALYZER_WINDOWS_PATHS) to be used to set this behaviour to avoid modifying the code.

Konstantin Shcheglov d856c6a460 Move FuzzyMatcher to analyzer. 
In a future CL I'd like to filter out whole libraries depending
on whether they could have a match. At this point the search, filtering,
and matching become entangled too much to bind them with outside
code in the server. Instead, it all will be the analyzer's concern.

Sam Rawlins f46c9afc12 [analysis_server] Add type arguments to remaining raw types 
The Maps are all JSON, so they become `Map<Object?, Object?>`.

Most other types get a `Object` or `Object?` type argument, and a
few also get `dynamic`.

Sam Rawlins 27984095de [analysis_server] Avoid Future-of-implicit-dynamic in tests 
* 99% of these are `Future ` --> `Future<void> `
* There are some `test_` methods which declare a return type of `Future` which
  is non-idiomatic, I think, but in order to create a pragmatic consistency, I
  added `<void>` to the few test methods in these libraries. Later if we
  desire, we can remove all of the return types.
* Also a few `Completer ` --> `Completer<void> ` and
  `Stream ` --> `Stream<Object?> `
* There are many remaining cases in `lib/`

Sam Rawlins f397ecb588 Satisfy library_private_types_in_public_api in analyzer 
This involves changes of a few flavors:

* Make classes private which were unnecessarily public.
* Make class elements private which were unnecessarily public.
* Comment in places where a "public" API contains a private type,
  but this is because of the signature of a super-member. I think
  these are generally quite safe.
