Sam Rawlins 998cd101b8 analyzer: Correct comment references in some source files 
This corrects about 40 of 220 comment_references issues in the analyzer
package.

In correcting the `experimentStatusToStringList` function, I see that
it is unused.

Sam Rawlins 73ab31b98a analyzer: Move the Source class to be public API. 
Deprecate accessing LineInfo, Source, or SourceRange via the
old library (pkg/analyzer/lib/src/generated/source.dart).
Migrate all SDK code to the new library.
