The order of the fields in the sockaddr structures on Mac OS was different and we where relying on the Linux/Windows order of fields. This should now be platform independent.

Socket.connect/ServerSocket.bind now accepts IPv6 host names. If a new ServerSocket is connected to an IPv6 interface, it will (if possible) support incoming IPv4 connections as well.

zra@google.com dae5068650 Enables cross-compilation of the VM for ARM. 
Uses the "toolset" feature of gyp to build the dart VM
for ARM, but restricts building of snapshot generation
to the host machine.

For generated source files, it also changes to using
LIB_DIR instead of SHARED_INTERMEDIATE_DIR to avoid
generation of duplicate Makefile rules (gyp doesn't
know that generated source files from toolchains it
thinks are different will be the same.)

The static methods secure and secureServer can be used to start
TLS handshake as eihter client or server.

This CL only implement the securing of RawSocket.

This also changes the semantics of cancelling a subscription on a
RawSocket from closing the socket to just pausing.

Renamed the kUint8Array type for a Dart_CObject structure to
kByteArray to support all typed data types. The specific type is
stored in a separate type field. No matter what the specific type is,
the length of the byte array is always in bytes.
