Previously, compiler looked at the size of Dart source code when
deciding that the method is huge and needs to be compiled
with less optimizations. That size includes comments and nested
closures, so it is very inaccurate and the heuristic had
false positives seen in practice.
This change revises the heuristic to look at number of kernel
AST nodes, which are counted during building of flow graph.
This change also introduces --print_huge_methods option which
shows the warning if method is huge and compiled with less
optimizations.
TEST=manually verified that huge method from
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/issues/94461 is printed
when --print_huge_methods option is specified.

RecordBranchCoverage method introduced in
https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/224320
RecordBranchCoverage only inserts the RecordCoverage instruction if
the --branch-coverage flag is enabled. It also encodes the branch
coverage and normal coverage token positions differently, so that
source_report.cc can ignore the branch coverage positions (for now).
Next step after this is to add a special RPC to source_report.cc, that
reads and reports the branch coverage positions.

This CL adds support for users defining integers which are mapped to
differing sizes and signedness based on the application binary interface
the Dart VM is running on.
Notable implementation design decisions:
- ABIs are open world, so that adding an ABI to the Dart VM does not
break existing definitions. Thus, we only figure out in the VM that
we're missing a mapping. We throw compile-time errors.
- In AOT, these show up in the precompilation step.
- In JIT, these show up as `_CompileTimeError` at runtime. Note that
these can be caught. So in subsequent compilation steps we need to
ensure that we also throw the same compile-time error.
- We match on the call-sites (streaming_flowgraph_builder) rather than
method bodies (kernel_to_il) of AbiSpecific loads and stores so that
we can compile for the int-size of the call site.

Not every statement has a serialized position we can use for coverage.
For example, the otherwise part of an if statement doesn't have a
position. So for branch coverage, BuildStatement needs to return a token
position of the statement, so that we can pass it to the record coverage
instruction.
For example, if statement's otherwise fragment will look like this:
TokenPosition other_pos = TokenPosition::kNoSource;
Fragment otherwise_statement = BuildStatement(&other_pos);
otherwise_fragment += flow_graph_builder_->RecordCoverage(other_pos);
otherwise_fragment += otherwise_statement;

In Dart doing a type check against one value can constrain the type
of another value in an indirect fashion. This possibility needs to be
taken into account when inserting Redefinitions to inhibit the code
motion. This CL addresses two previously ignored situations:
* Given a generic container `C<T> c` which holds a value `T v` doing a
type check against `c` might narrow the type of `v`.
* Given two generic classes `C<T>` and `H<T>`, doing a type-check
against an instance of type `C<X> c` might narrow the type of an
unrelated instance of `H<X> v` within the same scope.
The second situation is currently limited to a situation when we do an
invocation on `this` and the target of the call has constrained generic
parameter (e.g. because the target of the call is in the subclass which
instantiates the base class with a more specific type
`class C_ extends C<int>`). Calls on `this` are special because
they are allowed to bypass argument type checks which are
usually performed due to covariance.
In both cases we need to ensure that all uses of `v` which are
using narrowed type are pinned to stay within the true successor
of the type-check against `c`.
Previously we would only insert redefinitions for the value that is
being type checked, but this is not enough and this CL tries to
address the newly discovered cases:
* When replacing loads in load optimizer we must ensure that
if replaced load was dependant on the redefinition (and thus
was pinned) the replacement is similarly pinned (if the type of the
load might have been narrowed). If neccessary we must insert a
redefinition for the loaded value itself.
* When performing inlining of calls on `this` we must insert
redefinitions for all parameters that might have their types
narrowed.
* When replacing phis which have redefinitions as all inputs.

The only time we create a Type in the VM for a top level class is as the
"receiver" for a no such method error where the method was either not
found in the top level class or the found method had incompatible
arguments. Unlike other cases, the Dart implementation doesn't directly
use the InvocationMirror receiver for no such method errors at the top
level, but instead just passes it back to the VM.
Now, for the InvocationMirror receiver in the top level class case, we
either
* pass a null receiver if the method wasn't found, or
* pass the signature of the found method as a string, if the arguments
were incompatible, since the only use of the top level class was for
printing the signature.

Right now RegExps get compiled to code like this:
v1 <- Constant(<igoto offset table (int32 array)>)
v2 <- InstanceCall([], ...)
v3 <- InstanceCall([], v1, v2)
IndirectGoto(v3)
The [InstanceCall]s can go to runtime. When returning from runtime we
can cause a lazy-deopt. The re-materialization of the unoptimized frame
works correct. Though the "v3" variable will contain a PC-relative
offset (telling the indirect goto how much to jump forward/backward in
the optimized code).
Obviously this PC-relative offset is specific to the optimized code.
When we continue in unoptimized code, the indirect goto has to jump a
different distance.
The fix this CL makes is to avoid calling the `InstanceCall([], ...)`
and instead encapsulate everything inside the IndirectGoto:
v1 <- InstanceCall([], ...)
IndirectGoto(v1 /*<- this is an index instead of an offset now*/)
This ensures in unoptimized code no deopt safepoint can happen between
looking up the offset in the constant offset array and the actual
indirect jump.
For the future: Maybe we should consider emitting a literal table at
the end of the instruction stream instead of using a
TypedDataInt32Array.

Also create a subclass of AllocationInstr, AllocateClosureInstr,
which is used when allocating closures.
Followup CLs add inputs to this instruction and to the AllocateClosure
stub, starting with the closure function. Adding these inputs allows
the related field to be set within the stub, instead of using
StoreInstanceField manually at each closure allocation point.
Since this CL only adds the initial stub/instruction implementation,
the overhead on snapshots is minimal: just the addition of the new
stub to each isolate.
-----
This CL also adds virtual and non-virtual methods to assembler_base.h
revolving around field loads and stores and attempted inline object
allocation, to ensure all architectures have these methods.
It also adds LoadFromSlot/StoreToSlot/StoreToSlotNoBarrier, which
appropriately calls one of the other methods based on whether the slot
is compressed or not and whether it is a boxed or unboxed field.
With these additions, the AllocateClosure stub generator can be defined
in an architecture-independent way.

(those used when instantiating to bounds because no explicit type
arguments were provided) directly from the kernel at compile time to
generate default type argument handling for function code. Thus, the
only trace of the default type arguments at runtime were code constants,
and there was no way to access them if needed in the runtime. This means
for runtime checks, like in Function::DoArgumentTypesMatch, we ended up
creating our own instantiate-to-bounds implementation.
Instead, read the default arguments for type parameters and store them
when creating TypeParameter objects. This allows the runtime to use the
default type argument information provided by the front end, ensuring we
don't need to maintain our own instantiate-to-bounds implementation.
This adds only a slight overhead to snapshot size. Using the Flutter
gallery in release mode for example:
* arm7: read-only data: +0.05%, isolate: +0.04%, total: +0.02%
* arm8: read-only data: +0.00%, isolate: +0.04%, total: +0.01%

Load*Field and Init*Field IL instructions are fused into load
instructions with 'calls_initializer' flag.
A new, more powerful elimination of lazy initializer calls uses
data flow analysis and load forwarding (place numbering).
In addition to improved elimination of initializer calls,
fusing instructions avoids extra load after field is already
loaded for lazy initialization check.

The bad arity maybe detected after an isolate reload or when using strong mode with a mix of opted in and opted out libraries.
The thrown NoSuchMethodError contains enough information to be useful, but does not mirror the complete invocation (e.g. arguments).
This CL does not fix https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/37517 where the target is missing after a reload (not just bad arity).
The VM implementation of NoSuchMethodError is cleaned up, but the deprecated constructor 'NoSuchMethodError(...)' is not yet removed, since it is still documented.

Adds another interface target to instance calls, pointing to the torn
off method for tearoff getter calls. This is then used to direct the
call to the method extractor for the method.
Increases the fraction of dynamically dispatched instance calls in
Flutter Gallery that are handled by the dispatch table from 95.8% to
98.4%. The remaining 92 IC calls are all on static receiver type
dynamic or Function (34 function calls, 22 method calls, 21 operator
calls, 14 getter calls and 1 setter call).

Static methods and constructors may receive unboxed parameters.
This change adds a bitmap to the RawFunction object indicating
which parameters are unboxed and their types. Also, the stack frame
bitmap was updated to include new bits for those parameters.
The ArgumentsDescriptor object was updated to store not only the number
of arguments, but also their size, since 32-bit platforms would use two
words for each int64 and double value.
In addition, static methods that return non-nullable integers
and doubles may return these values unboxed.

Flutter Gallery ARMv8: -0.8% total, -1.3% instructions
Flutter Gallery ARMv7: -0.7% total, -1.2% instructions
There are some performance regressions, in four categories:
1. Arithmetic on num types (e.g. MinLib, MaxLib):
We believe arithmetic on num types is rare in practice, and can be optimized later
by specializing the call-sites.
2. Lack of types (e.g. MeshDecompression, ImagingGaussianBlur, Crypto*):
These (and similar benchmarks) are written in a very untyped style, which is not
representative of Dart 2 style. We've confirmed that the regressions disappear if
the benchmarks are annotated with appropriate types.
3. Megamorphic calls which are specialized in the benchmark (e.g. DeltaBlue):
DeltaBlue uses string interpolation in one place, so the toString() method in the
string interpolation helper is monomorphic for _Smis. However, in a realistic programs,
string interpolation is used much more frequently and with different types, so it's very
unlikely that this call would be monomorphic. When string interpolation is removed, there's
a remaining 1.3% regression on DeltaBlue which is not yet accounted for.
4. Noisy benchmarks
The remaining regressions are on benchmarks which show frequent jitter historically.
There are also 1-4% improvements on many benchmarks (Golem's "noise" analysis is hiding
many of them, look at the graphs).
For the reasons above, we believe the regressions justified by the code size improvement.
