This CL replaces most usages of `.from` (e.g.
`List<String>.from(variable)`) to use `.of` instead.
This is done because code like
`List<String> foo = new List<String>.from([null])`
is valid and gives no warnings or errors.
Using `.of` instead will give an error.
Also `.of` appears to be slightly faster.

This adds a third reference to Field declaration, so that we know have
three references, one for each use case:
1) fieldReference used for initialization; in FieldInitializer and as
the key in the InstanceConstant.fieldValues map.
2) getterReference used for reading; in InstanceGet, StaticGet and
SuperPropertyGet
3) setterReference used for writing; in InstanceSet, StaticSet and
SuperPropertySet

Cloning of InstanceInvocation kernel ast nodes was dropping the
isInvariant and isBoundSafe flags, causing the nested List.generate
expansion to not be as well optimized. `-O3` and `-O4` were 'hiding'
the problem by removing the checks anyway.

The web compilers don't support getter/field invocation encoded as a
FunctionInvocation on an InstanceGet because it doesn't work for
getter/field invocation of js-interop properties, since the InstanceGet
wouldn't result in a Dart function but just JavaScript function.
To support this in the new method invocation encoding, a special
expression, InstanceGetterInvocation, is used to encode getter/field
invocations in dart2js and ddc.

The CloneVisitorNotMembers contains a mapping from variables to their
corresponding clones. The ListFactorySpecializer special cased access
to this mapping to support conditional cloning. When dart2js switchted
to used the new method invocation encoding, this left the
LocalFunctionInvocation unhandled, leading to null check error when
local functions where invoked in the closure passed to List.generate.
This CL makes this mapping private and adds getter/setter methods for
lookup and registration. The ListFactorySpecializer now instead overrides
the getter to support conditional cloning instead of handling each use
case.

The front end previously enforced a stricter-than-spec requirement on
conflicting imports on its own code. The check was included of the
kernel snapshot and therefore always enforced, even in published sdks.
The extra check was removed a month ago and now tools/sdks/ have been
updated to use a later version of the sdk, so the unneeded hide
combinators can now be removed from the source code.

Changes fields to be either mutable or immutable by construction.
This ensure that we don't create setter references for fields that
cannot be assigned to and is a prerequisite for replacing @fields/
@fields= canonical names with @getters/@setters.

This CL adds stub for each concrete mixed in member into mixin
applications. The body of the stub calls the original member via
a super call.
This addition means that resolution of super access now use the
stub and not the original declaration as the target, which means
that it will be correct even when mixed in members are cloned. For
this reason, dart2js no longer needs to perform its own super
member resolution.
When a super call targets a mixin super stub (after cloning) it
can be optimized away by redirecting the call to the `stubTarget`
of the call. This optimization is performed in dart2js.
Since dart2js now uses the correct super target, its runtime
mixin application needs to avoid overriding members already
declared in the mixin application. These members are the
forwarding super stubs which ensure that correct runtime types
when members with covariant parameters are implemented.

The enum `ProcedureStubKind` together with the flag `isSynthetic`
replaces the flags `isForwardingStub`, `isForwardingSemiStub`,
`isNoSuchMethodForwarder` and `isMemberSignature`.
The semantics of the existing properties on `Procedure` is unchanged.
The new MixinStub and MixinSuperStub stub kinds are not used yet and
the stub target for NoSuchMethodForwarder is not set yet.

Simple calls to `List.generate` are expanded into a list allocation
and a loop. This generates better code for several reasons:
- There is no overhead for the function argument (closure allocation,
closure type, closure class)
- Global type inference is more precise since each List.generate list
is tracked separately, and the assignments in the loop give better
inference to the collection's element type.
To get precise element type inference, there are two new JSArray
constructors. Global type inference starts with the element type being
bottom for these elements, avoiding spurious nulls in the inferred
type.

Most of the time one already knows at the call site if it's a Field,
a Procedure etc --- so use that instead.
For now I'll leave the corresponding getters that are basically
documented as "don't use" ("[...] for convenience, not efficiency.
Consider manually iterating the members [...]").

Adds a member signature origin to member signatures and includes
an additional reference to these in MethodInvocation, PropertyGet,
PropertySet, etc.
This enables the VM to bypass the member signatures when loading the
AST.

Add support for the `late` modifier on fields and local variables in
CFE, and `required` on named parameters When using the option
--enable-experiment=non-nullable the `isLate` and `isRequired` flags will be set
accordingly on Field and VariableDeclaration nodes.

is needed to support resolution of extension methods through dill
boundaries.

During constant evaluation, unused arguments to a const constructor are
thrown away after evaluation, since their values do not affect the
resulting instance constant. If such an unused argument ends up
unevaluated, any errors that would arise in the final evaluation are
not reported.
This CL adds space in the Kernel AST for saving these unevaluated
expressions so they can be checked during final constant evaluation.
Even though this is an incompatible change, no update is needed to the
VM code (except for the version bump), since the VM does not support
InstanceCreation nodes in the first place.
