Brian Wilkerson a3f8672778 Add a highlight kind for record literals 
I don't think that there are any other highlight kinds we're going to
want to add, but if you can think of any please let me know.

I'll add code to actually associate the kind with record literals in the
next CL.

Sam Rawlins f397ecb588 Satisfy library_private_types_in_public_api in analyzer 
This involves changes of a few flavors:

* Make classes private which were unnecessarily public.
* Make class elements private which were unnecessarily public.
* Comment in places where a "public" API contains a private type,
  but this is because of the signature of a super-member. I think
  these are generally quite safe.

Brian Wilkerson 4eaf2d68cd Add a new request to format all of the files in a directory 
This is marked as experimental, and is only intended to be used by
`dart fix` as a way of formatting the files that were modified if the
analysis options file indicates that they ought to be formatted.

Sam Rawlins 973f2b17e0 Remove some implicit casts in analysis_server 
There are a lot of implicit casts, so this CL includes:
benchmark/, many in test/, and tool/.

Most changes are quite mechanical, using `Object?`.

I also changed some functions to use types other than `dynamic`.

Konstantin Shcheglov ad5da2976b Add optional 'timeout' field to 'completion.getSuggestions2'. 
The intended use is in benchmarking, to specify a long timeout, so that
the first time, when we warm up, we do necessary one time work,
which would usually run out of budget the first few times. So, the
requests that we do measure are more stable.

Brian Wilkerson 9db372e6f4 Make Location.endLine and Location.endColumn optional fields in the protocol 
In https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/191862 we added two new
required fields to `Location`. Unfortunately this was a breaking change
because plugins using an older version of the `analyzer_plugin` produce
location objects without those fields, leading to deserialization failures.

This CL makes those fields optional in order to fix the deserialization
issue.

Unfortunately, the `analyzer_plugin` package was published after the
required fields were added. Making them optional is a breaking change
because the constructor parameters go from being positional to being
named parameters.

We also neglected to update the version number of the protocol as part
of the previous CL. Technically this is also a breaking change for clients
of the analysis server, but given that they had no way to test to see
whether these fields existed they would need to have been written as if
the fields were optional in order to reference them at all, so I think
that from a practical standpoint it isn't a breaking change. That does,
however, raise the question of whether we should increment the version
numbers as part of this CL.

Brian Wilkerson 1ad68b9b16 Make local variables that hide fields be final (analysis_server) 
As per our earlier conversation, I looked for places where a local
variable was introduced to overcome field promotion and has the same
name as the field. Where possible I made them final; where not possible
I changed the name.

Konstantin Shcheglov e97f1bdbf0 Switch analysis_server to language 2.12, so null safety, but opt-out files. 
This should allow doing partial migration, specifically protocol files,
which are imported by other libraries, but are a small library cycle
that does not import much outside of it.

Parker Lougheed 5ef1dcdcab [Analysis Server] Update font inclusions for API doc 
Some of the weights we used were missing causing blurry text. I've also switched from Source Code Pro to Roboto Mono to be consistent with other Dart websites.

While not related I also updated the semver link to https.
