Konstantin Shcheglov a524f04c27 Completion in RecordLiteral(s). 
This also introduces CompletionResponsePrinter, which I'd like to use
instead of fluent APIs. At some point I decided that using easy to
produce, and easy to update expectations is better. Fluent API based
tests are too magical and require too many helper extensions. Also,
with textual dumps full actual results are visible, so it is easy to
compare them with expectations.

The missing key part for using textual dumps in completion tests, that
I realized only recently, was filtering. So, we don't need to dump
every available type, but we can focus on specifically named, or
specifically filtered, entities.

And configuration for `withX` flags lets us enable including features
that are interesting for a particular test suite.

Konstantin Shcheglov 8781ab0151 Update CompletionWithSuggestionsTest for better alignment with the new protocol. 
A few tests added, mostly removing CompletionSuggestionKind.INVOCATION
because it is set just for any available declaration by the completion
driver, but this is not what we use for local elements and the new
protocol.

Brian Wilkerson 69dd787ff0 Cleanup invalid declarations of main, part 1 
The purpose of this CL is to clean up test code that references `main`
in a way that will be invalid when the tests are converted to analyze
the test code under null safety by default. This is the first of three
such CLs.

In all three I only touched test files that contained an invalid use of
`main`, but in any file I touched I removed any use of `main` where the
name of the function/method was not critical to the test.

Brian Wilkerson 3cc518b3cc Stop using available suggestions for already imported libraries

that removes the support for Cider. We might try using this for Cider at
some future date, but I didn't want that support to prevent us from
getting this to users sooner.

Konstantin Shcheglov e97f1bdbf0 Switch analysis_server to language 2.12, so null safety, but opt-out files. 
This should allow doing partial migration, specifically protocol files,
which are imported by other libraries, but are a small library cycle
that does not import much outside of it.

Brian Wilkerson ab73158758 Fix the windows bot and update MockSdk 
Fixing the test that's causing the Windows bot to fail required updating
the MockSdk, which cause a lot of other changes. I would have done this
in two separate CLs if I'd known how big this was going to get, but I'm
hoping it isn't too big.
