Gabriel Terwesten 903eea6bfb [vm,dartdev] Support dynamic linking between libraries
The same bundling that is used for `dart build` is now also used for
`dart test` and `dart run`, except that the output directory is
`.dart_tool/native_assets`. This way all native code assets are placed
next to each other in the `lib` directory, and loaded from there
instead of loading them in place from where the build/link hooks
placed them. By standardizing on this layout the different modes of
running dart code that support native assets can use the same
mechanisms to support dynamic linking between libraries.

On macOS, install names of dylibs are rewritten to support dynamic
linking, similar to the changes in
https://github.com/flutter/flutter/pull/153054.

On Windows, loading of DLLs is altered so that the directory of the DLL
that is being loaded is considered when loading dependent DLLs.

Tests are added to verify that dynamic linking works as expected.

Tess Strickland 9b06e26620 Reland "[vm] Enforce that entry points must be annotated by default."
This is a reland of commit cb9ecbc363

This reland only turns on the entry point verification flag by
default in AOT mode. After Flutter tests that use native access
in JIT mode have been appropriately updated, a followup CL will
turn this flag on by default in JIT mode as well.

Tess Strickland cb9ecbc363 [vm] Enforce that entry points must be annotated by default.
Changes the default value of the --verify-entry-points flag
to true.

Changes the default value for the check_is_entrypoint argument to
to the Invoke/InvokeGetter/InvokeSetter flags to true. The mirrors
library implementation and calls via vm-service explicitly pass
false for this argument now.

Add annotations as needed, such as annotating classes with
annotated generative constructors. In some cases, the annotations
were more general than needed (e.g., annotating with a no-argument
entry point annotation when only the setter is needed), so make
those annotations more specific.

As this pattern is already common in downstream code, allow
Dart_Invoke on fields as long as the field is annotated for getter
access. (That is, calling Dart_Invoke for a field is equivalent to
retrieving the closure value via Dart_GetField and then calling
Dart_InvokeClosure.)

Daco Harkes 9a6503b500 [vm/ffi] Add embedder API for resolving asset ids
Extends the `NativeAssetsApi` with a `dlopen` that takes an asset id
instead of an asset path. This enables the embedder (instead of the
vm) to resolve the asset id to asset path.

Additionally, the `NativeAssetsApi` gets an `available_assets`
callback to report which asset ids are available if asset resolution
failed. (Otherwise, users would lose this important part of the error
message on failed resolution.)

We postpone migrating the Dart standalone embedder to this API: https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/388160. That CL verifies
this new API and it's implementation. Without that CL this new API is
hard to test. So, no further tests are added here.

Tests that verify the old behavior for the standalone embedder:

Changed ObjectPtr::GetClassId to account for Smi similarly to

This change also fixes Integer::GetInt64Value which was relying on ObjectPtr::IsSmi.

Daco Harkes 9588927faf [vm] Native asset relative path resolution with symlinks
This CL moves native assets resolution to the embedder.

The Dart VM looks up the asset path (for example
`['relative', 'foo.so']`) with the asset id. The embedder defines
callbacks for asset loading, and returns a handle to the dylib.
Then the VM calls the embedder again with `dlsym` to lookup the symbol.

The Dart VM & kernel compiler are responsible for the asset id to
asset path mapping. The kernel compiler compiles it into the snapshot
and the VM looks it up in the snapshot.

Relative paths are resolved relative to the isolate script uri (kernel
snapshot, jit snapshot, aot snapshot, or `dart compile exe` result).
The embedder is responsible for remembering the script uri it set when
spawning the isolate group.

This CL does not add `dlclose` or `dladdr` embedder callbacks yet.

up CL:

that to using `malloc`. The caller is responsible for freeing the
memory if resolving succeeds.

This CL removes `Dart_DefaultCanonicalizeUrl`.

We don't have a run_platform_tests, so this CL keeps the tests in

Alexander Markov 0af6dde79d Reland "[vm] Replace array GetIndexed graph intrinsics with flow graph builder implementation"
This is a reland of commit d24b5d1f5e

On top of the original change, the following is fixed and improved:

1) Flow graph builder (FGB) body is now also applied to
dynamic invocation forwarders (similarly to graph
   intrinsics).

2) Frame can be omitted for functions which have a
call on a shared slow path. This is needed to make
FGB implementation of GetIndexed frameless, as it has
GenericCheckBound which calls on shared slow path.
   (Graph intrinsics are frameless).

3) Range analysis is enabled for force-optimized functions,
so more efficient code can be generated for boxing
instructions. Range analysis is fixed to avoid crashes
and correctly intersect ranges with constant boundaries
(needed for some force-optimized FFI functions).

4) EliminateStackOverflowChecks pass is enabled for
force-optimized functions so CheckStackOverflow can be
   eliminated.

Alexander Markov d24b5d1f5e [vm] Replace array GetIndexed graph intrinsics with flow graph builder implementation
_Array, _GrowableList, internal and external typed data 'operator []'
are now implemented in the flow graph builder.

Unlike graph intrinsics, flow graph created in the flow graph builder
can be used by the inliner. Corresponding graph intrinsics and native
methods are removed.

Also, this change adds missing external typed data indexing operations.

Alexander Markov 35d8630176 [vm] Make String.codeUnitAt monomorphic
The new implementation of String.codeUnitAt is always inlined and
doesn't depend on the polymorphic inlining of recognized methods.

String.codeUnitAt now has a custom body in the flow graph builder
which performs non-speculative bounds check and then branches between
OneByteString and TwoByteString. Corresponding graph intrinsic and
native method are removed.

This change also fixes passing of unboxed arguments to runtime
in the slow path of GenericCheckBound instruction in JIT mode
(when shared stubs are not used).

Tess Strickland 0d3ade255b [vm/compiler] Limit exposure of untagged pointers to managed memory.
After https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/330600, there were
more chances for the optimizing compiler to introduce or move
GC-triggering instructions like allocations or boxings between the
retrieval of an untagged pointer to GC-moveable memory and its use.

To limit the chance of this happening, this CL removes the explicit
loading of the untagged payload address when building the initial
flow graph in most cases when the array is not known to be an external
array (an external string, an external typed data object, or an FFI
Pointer).

The remaining case is during view allocation, which extracts the
payload address of the base typed data object underlying the view
(which may be GC-movable) to calculate the payload address that should
be stored in the data field of the view object. See
https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/54884.

During canonicalization of LoadIndexed, StoreIndexed, and MemoryCopy
instructions, if the cid of an array input is an external array
(external string, external typed data object, or Pointer), then a
LoadField instruction that extracts the untagged payload address
is inserted before the instruction and the corresponding input is
rebound to that LoadField instruction.

Once all compiler passes that involve code motion have been performed,
a new pass looks for LoadIndexed, StoreIndexed, or MemoryCopy where
the cid stored in the instruction for the array is a typed data cid.
In these cases, if the array is not an internal typed data object,
then the payload address is extracted. Waiting until this point ensures
that no GC-triggering instructions are inserted between the extraction
of the payload address and the use. (Internal typed data objects are
left as-is because the payload address is inside the object itself
and doesn't require indirection through the data field of the object).

This CL also replaces code conditional on the array cid with code
that is instead conditional on the array element representation in
cases where it makes sense to do so, since this is a less brittle
check than checking the array cid (e.g., checking for kUnboxedInt8
to load, store, or copy an signed byte from an array instead of
listing all possible array cids that store signed bytes).

This CL also fixes an issue with the ARM64 assembler where calling
LoadFromOffset with an Address that has a non-Offset type would
silently generate bad code instead of triggering the ASSERT in
PrepareLargeOffset.

Tess Strickland df72359786 [vm/compiler] Convert _TypedList get and set methods to normal methods.
Previously, they were implemented as native methods with special
replacements in the inliner.

Instead, create force-compiled versions of the original inliner
replacements and use those instead of native methods, unless the
flow graph compiler doesn't support unboxing the requested element type.
In that case, the force-compiled version just calls a native method,
and we only keep the native methods that might be needed (that is,
for double/SIMD element access).

Also, revert the change in 26911a6176, since now the _getX/_setX
methods are appropriately inlined instead of failing to inline due
to being native methods.
