Danny Tuppeny 36b5fe0c7a Track how many analysis server requests had latency info 
This makes the latency numbers more accurate if they're not available for all requests and also doesn't show them if no requests had latency info (rather than showing average of 0ms).

Konstantin Shcheglov 20d81452e5 Remove AstProvider, use AnalysisSessionHelper.

Konstantin Shcheglov c689578779 Switch AnalysisDriver to RestrictedAnalysisContext. 
It has two methods that should not be there: getContents() and
parseCompilationUnit().  Removing them will require more work on
Analysis Server.  But at this CL shows that we don't do any resolution
or element access through AnalysisContext in analysis_server or analyzer_cli.

Konstantin Shcheglov 7c80d22878 Make indexing in AnalysisDriver optional. 
This makes my Flutter benchmark about 6% faster.

It will not affect performance of `flutter analyze`, because for now
Analysis Server always enables indexing and search. But we could make
this optional, for DAS clients that need only errors, but not search,
refactorings, etc.

Konstantin Shcheglov 1f52372bfa Remove CFE integration from analyzer, analysis_server, and analyzer_cli. 
AnalysisDriverResolutionTest is partially updated, about 30 failing
tests added. I will get back to it in a following CL, it is not
directly CFE integration, but updated understanding how we want to
resolve. For example we don't need types for non-expression identifiers.
