Sigmund Cherem	1045ef1ceb	Use generic test runner to log data using the test infrastructure jsonl format ... Mostly this is adding an abstraction so we can produce the jsonl files that will allow us to track the status of each test individually. On a separate CL I'll be moving the tests out of the current unit tests into their own step in the test matrix. Sigmund Cherem	d99d83ea09	Add ddc modular test suite and single test ... The test is failing, for now I plan to just land the test in its failing test and change the status once it starts passing.
