This changes the pattern matching lowering to avoid using late final variables (or lowerings thereof) and instead inline the initializer where used. This avoids generating closures that are hard for backends to reason about and optimize.

This flag is set when a variable declaration is moved earlier in
order to be available for subsequent code that couldn't contain
its declaration. For instance variables declared in patterns which
needs to be declared before the matching expressions that initialize
them.

This removes the use of [SwitchInfo], [SwitchCaseInfo] and
[ExhaustivessInfo] to pass on information for exhaustiveness checking
and instead uses the AST nodes directly in the constant evaluator.

matching braces/parenthesis (e.g. jump from end of constant section to
start).

This allows the parser to parse constant patterns at lower precedence
level in order to recognize more expressions in this context. To
support this, _parsePrecedenceExpressionLoop special cases a few cases
that should _not_ be parsed as expression in a constant pattern context.
