This passes the first token of these top level declaration directly
to the endX listener method.
In the CFE this is used to ensure that can handle the new modifiers in
the textual outline. Furthermore, support for extension types is added
and having an "unknown chunk" now results in an error. The latter should
help us keep the textual outline up-to-date wrt new features.

Previously, if a pattern variable declaration appeared outside of a
function or method, the parser would get very confused. Now it
recognizes the situation, issues a comprehensible error message, and
replaces the pattern with a synthetic identifier token so that the
analyzer AST is somewhat sensible.

There was no need for both of these listener callbacks, because they
were always called together. Since `beginCaseExpression` is actually
used, it makes sense to keep `endCaseExpression` and get rid of
`handleCaseMatch`.

This change restores `parseParenthesizedExpressionOrRecordLiteral`,
`parseArguments`, and `parseArgumentsRest` to the way they looked
prior to adding parser support, and instead adds new methods
`parseParenthesizedPatternOrRecordPattern` and
`parseExtractorPatternRest` that are specialized for patterns parsing.

For ease in code review, I've made all the changes that affect test
expectations files here, in a way that can easily be confirmed during
code review to have no functional effect on parser semantics.
This will be followed by a change that introduces parser support for
patterns, but doesn't affect test expectations.

The old code tries to determine something by using a forwarding listener
without forwarding to anything. It leaked a rewrite though, meaning that
the rewrite stayed, but the error given when rewriting wasn't passed on.
When then parsing it with the real listener, the rewrite was in effect
and there was no error to report. In total no errors were reported.
This fixes the issue by undoing any rewrites in this situation.

This adds support for the `import augment <uri>` import syntax when
the 'macros' experiment is enabled.
The CL also include propagation of the augment modifier on class methods
which was missed in a previous CL.

This changes the way the 'augment' modifier is handled in the parser.
Instead of being special cased for class declarations, it is now a
built-in identifier recognized only when the scanner is configured to
support augmentation libraries.
The change supports the used of the 'augment' modifier on not only
class declarations but also mixin and member declarations, as needed
for supporting macros.

E.g. if reporting a missing ";" after a SyntheticStringToken (e.g. a
inserted identifier) before this CL it would go to the next token and
say we expected the ";" after that, when really we expected it *before*
that token.

Before this CL we had 2 tests:

* One for experimental features (checked in presubmit)
And had nothing for:

These are now replaced by a single tool that checks all five and is
run in presubmit.

This CL avoids the infinite loop created by allowing the parser
to parse it as a complex type (despite no actual name after it) and
adds a few asserts in an attempt to catch rewriting on eof (setting a
token after eof).

This CL:
* Changes the events so beginX and endX events always comes in pairs
(though technically not right as some specific events can be beginX
endY --- but in those cases it is at least documented and used in code
that actually tests it).
-> This entails adding some events and converting something from
"beginX" to "handleX" instead.
* Adds a utility that can generate an AST of sorts directly from the
parser via a listener using the begin/end matching (and knowing of the
specific ones that doesn't match directly).
* Adds a test that checks that - at least for all tested (50,000+) files
- the AST actually generate "correctly", i.e. matches up begin/ends
and ends up with a single top entry "CompilationUnit".
* Adds a different visualization to the parser listener events by
displaying the "AST directly from the parser" in a UI that can be
navigated. The visualization may not be the best, but it's certainly
a stepping stone.

E.g. class Foo extends Bar, Baz {} would before have parsed weirdly,
but it will parse as you'd (probably) expect with an error saying
you cannot do that. For now at least both CFE and Analyzer will
pretend like you just specified the first one but I suppose Analyzer
could for instance use the extra information to propose converting
other ones to implements clauses or similar.
