When getting completions, some of the "contributers" basically do a
walk of the AST and almost add everything they see, and the list
is then later pruned based on the user query.
This CL introduces a "first pruning" (a copy of the first part of what
is done in the subsequent pruning) so only the things has could match
the user query is added.
Benchmarks for this:

- All of these numbers are with the timeout increased a lot (to a
point where there effectivley isn't any timeout).
- I have an external project too, but only in Android Studio as it's
a Flutter project and my VSCode then uses the dart included in
flutter. I don't know how to make it not do that.

I think we don't expect that users will write plugins that use these
types. So, we can remove the indirection.
Similarly, CompletionRequest is also currently de-facto a Dart
completion request, because it has `ResolvedUnitResult result`. I will
fold it into DartCompletionRequest in a future CL.

This should allow doing partial migration, specifically protocol files,
which are imported by other libraries, but are a small library cycle
that does not import much outside of it.

AnalysisDriverResolutionTest is partially updated, about 30 failing
tests added. I will get back to it in a following CL, it is not
directly CFE integration, but updated understanding how we want to
resolve. For example we don't need types for non-expression identifiers.
