We will issue warnings and throw an API error when the native API is used to access members which were not appropriately
annotated as entry-points, if the flag "--verify-entry-points" is passed.

Also, fixes Class::Invoke against fields (isn't allowed through native API but
could be allowed with mirrors, and is inconsistent with Library::Invoke behavior).

I've checked locally that this would have caught the bug in

Samir Jindel 23fff58503 [vm/kernel/aot] Exclude vmservice_io from "product" AOT snapshots.
The `@pragma` annotation on `vmservice_io.main` is modified to only mark it as a
root on non-product builds. Since the annotation is evaluated in the constant
transformation, we need to thread a flag through `gen_kernel.dart` indicating
whether the Kernel produced should target a product precompiler.

# Test Plan

Tested locally on Flutter. Unfortunately it's not possible to test the scenario where
`vmservice_io` is not included, since we don't have any "product" bots. Soon the
flag will be introduced into Flutter, and we will have some coverage from there.

Vyacheslav Egorov 4985165e76 [VM] Make "Hello, World!" run in strong mode (through DFE).
Includes the following changes:

- Disable type checking in the service isolate when strong mode is
turned on. We don't yet have strong mode clean vmservice Kernel
binary available (Issue #31203);
- Introduce new Dart VM API to allow creating List<T> (T in {String, int}).
Current API only allows to create List<dynamic> and in strong mode
List<dynamic> is not assignable to List<T>. For now we limit this API to
a fixed number of core types for performance considerations (type
arguments can be canonicalized and cache ahead of time). We will
extend the API allowing creation of arbitrary List<T> if we will
discover the need for it later;
- Use this new API to fix CreateRuntimeOptions to create List<String>
and not List<dynamic>;
- Likewise fix OneByteString_splitWithCharCode to return List<String>
and not List<dynamic>;

Additionally this CL refactors how getters and setters are created
in object_store.h removing 500 lines of largely boilerplate code.

Vyacheslav Egorov 7d5231796e [VM, Precompiler] Support obfuscation of the symbolic information in precompiler
Obfuscation is controlled by obfuscate flag in Dart_IsolateFlags.

Obfuscation of identifiers is performed during script tokenization - when TokenStream is generated from the source. All kIDENT and kINTERPOL_VAR tokens are renamed consistently using a persistent obfuscation map stored in ObjectStore::obfuscation_map.

Some identifiers (pseudo-keywords, arithmetic operators, builtin recognized methods and entry-points) are not renamed to keep name based lookups from breaking. All other identifiers are renamed.

Constant instances of Symbol-s (both created via literal syntax #ident and using constant constructor const Symbol("ident")) are renamed consistently with corresponding identifiers.

Script urls and Library urls and names are also obfuscated.

Obfuscation map can be dumped as a JSON array at the end of precompilation using Dart_GetObfuscationMap API.

John McCutchan a0ee5b24db Track async causal stack traces
This CL improves the stack traces that accompany exceptions. Whenever an
async function is entered, we remember how we got there. This is similar
in spirit to package:stack_trace but the implementation is more efficient
and memory usage can be more easily reasoned about.

Tracking causal stack traces:

- [x] Upon entry to an async function, capture the synchronous stack trace prefix and store it into the closure.
- [x] Upon entry to an async* function, capture the synchronous stack trace prefix and store it into the closure.
- [x] Before returning from an async function, clear the Thread's asynchronous stack trace.
- [x] After resuming an async function, load the sychronous stack trace prefix into the Thread.
- [x] Filter stack traces to remove async machinery.

Service protocol changes:

- [x] Send causal async stack trace.

Observatory changes:

- [x] Display causal async stack trace below async functions.

Matthias Hausner 3e0d13bc28 Make compile-time errors catchable
If an error happens during the compilation of a function body, an Error is thrown which can be intercepted, and ensures that finally blocks are executed before the isolate is terminated.

The language spec is vague about compilation errors. A doc describing the intentions behind this CL is at
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1_MWOgwJadLCQSBps0zD6Rj5dG4iP1UBuiDvTMH-WMzI/edit#

Example:
     1	void bad() {
     2	    return 5
     3	}
     4
     5	void main(args) {
     6	    bad();
     7	}

Before this CL:
$ dart ~/tmp/e.dart
'file:///Users/hausner/tmp/e.dart': error: line 2 pos 11: semicolon expected
  return 5
          ^
$

After this change:
$ dart ~/tmp/e.dart
Unhandled exception:
'file:///Users/hausner/tmp/e.dart': error: line 2 pos 11: semicolon expected
  return 5
          ^

#0      main (file:///Users/hausner/tmp/e.dart:6:3)
#1      _startIsolate.<anonymous closure> (dart:isolate-patch/isolate_patch.dart:259)
#2      _RawReceivePortImpl._handleMessage (dart:isolate-patch/isolate_patch.dart:148)
$

Notice that the stack trace points to the call site of bad(), not the text location of the syntax error. That's not a bug. The location of the syntax error is given in the error message.

Todd Turnidge 62ccff992f Cache compile-time constants on the script object, sometimes.
When a script is not in the vm heap, we now cache compile time
constants on the script object itself. During isolate reload we may
have both an old and a new version of a script being compiled at the
same time and they need to cache their constants separately. This
also means that compile time constants from old scripts can be
collected when the script is collected, which is good.

When a script is in the vm heap, we continue to use the old system of
employing a shared per-isolate cache stored in the object store.

Siva Annamalai 5de775a823 - Canonicalize generic types in a global isolate hash
table, this ensures that we do not linearly walk through
  a large type list in the class calling the expensive
  'Type::Equals' method (some applications have close to
  1304 generic types in them)

- Use the stand hash table implementation for TypeArguments
  canonicalization instead of a custom hash table

Siva Annamalai 2964f9e750 Change return value of ObjectStore::PreallocateObjects to return the error object or null instead of a bool. Most of the times the sticky error is cleared and returned as an error so returning a bool and querying the sticky error here does not work as the sticky error is a null object.
