Liam Appelbe a6eb2cd309 [vm] Support for simarm_x64
Third sub-CL of https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/100644
The first was here https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/103487
The second was here https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/104286

This is the last major CL to support simarm_x64. Now that the other two
CLs have put the required infrastructure in place, this CL actually
adds the new mode..

Liam Appelbe 3015d79371 [vm] Create offsets_extractor tool.
First sub-CL of https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/100644

A big chunk of the original CL is to do with switching anything that tries
to get the offset of a field in a class to do so using constants generated
by offsets_extractor, rather than introspecting the C++ classes with macros.

This CL just checks in the offsets_extractor tool and its output, as well as
a few bits and pieces needed to make it run.

Samir Jindel 9e30fbaea4 [vm] Unify function prologue generation across all backends.
Previously we would generate the prologue in FunctionEntryInstr or OsrEntryInstr
on X64/ARM, and in CompileGraph on ARM64/IA32/DBC. This caused a confusing asymmetry
in the code.

Now we generate it in FunctionEntryInstr/OsrEntryInstr on all backends.

Partially addresses dartbug.com/34162.

This also fixes a regression on a protobuf benchmark due to ICDatas not being saved.

Erik Corry aa60a2ea90 More compact string representation on 64 bit.
This moves the hash code into the header word for strings on 64 bit
platforms. With the old layout, 9 character strings became 48-byte
objects. With the new layout you have to go to 17 characters before
you are bumped from 4 to 6 words (32 to 48 bytes).

As a side effect, the class ID field is now 16 bits on all platforms
instead of having two different sizes, and the size field is 8 bits
on all platforms.

This also paves the way for moving the hash code for instance objects
into the header, so we won't need the side-lookup in the
hash-table-of-hash-codes on 64 bit platforms.

Ryan Macnak 026fa0255d Use __builtin_frame_address instead of inline assembly on non-Windows platforms.
On ARM, this will automatically use the correct FP register depending on whether the VM is compiled to full ARM or Thumb.

Ryan Macnak 877284947b Rename TARGET_OS_* to HOST_OS_*.
Like HOST_ARCH_*, HOST_OS_* describes the OS the VM is running on, which may be different from the OS the VM is generating code for during AOT compilation.

Currently we conflate the two when emitting AOT as assembly, and we get away with it because Flutter only uses assembly for targeting iOS and one can only target iOS from a Mac, but we expect to use assembly for Android as well so native tools can unwind Dart frames.

Florian Schneider 64e71a0b2e VM: Make more globals constant where easily possible.
Remove -fdata-section again from the Linux build configuration: It prevented
some optimizations in gcc and clang - fewer things were recognized as constants.

Add const to pointers/arrays in some places to help compilers with determining
what is a constant. A common pattern is strlen of a string literal const char*,
or an array of function pointers.

Tested with gcc 4.8.4 / clang 3.4 and improves code qualtiy + reduces binary size.
