Includes changes to implicit covariance test.
To redescribe this, for some tear-off C<T>.f, the member type may be
contravariant if T is referenced by a parameter of C<T>.f (such as if it
is of type void Function(T)). This must be a runtime failure if C<T> is
a reference which has been covariantly upcast at runtime. For example,
List<Object>.add, where the list is at runtime an instance of List<int>,
results in a static type of void Function(Object), but a runtime type of
void Function(int), which is unsound.
We omit these checks, however, when it is trivially sound for all cases
Previously, this was the case for tearing off `List<Null>.add`. This is
no longer a valid test case for NNBD where the runtime type of that list
could actually be `List<Never>`.
Therefore the test has been changed to expect `List<Null>.add` to result
in a cast, and a new NNBD test case has been added to test `List<Never>`
cases don't get a cast.

FunctionTypeImpl.fresh() works in inscrutable ways, and does not work
correctly for synthetic FunctionType(s).
This change breaks 2 or 3 tests with summary2, because of using
FunctionTypeImpl.recoverTypeArguments() in ErrorVerifier
_checkForImplicitDynamicInvoke().

The AST refactor for "UI as code" left behind a few things whose names
ended in "2". This CL deprecates those things and creates
replacements that don't end in "2", so that we keep the API clean. In
a future breaking change release of the analyzer we'll remove the
deprecated things.
The following methods and classes are added:
- ForStatement and ForStatementImpl
- ListLiteral.elements
- SetOrMapLiteral.elements
- AstVisitor.visitForStatement
- AstFactory.forStatement
- NodeLintRegistry.addForStatement
The following methods and classes are deprecated:
- ForStatement2 and ForStatement2Impl
- ListLiteral.elements2
- SetOrMapLiteral.elements2
- AstVisitor.visitForStatement2
- AstFactory.forStatement2
- NodeLintRegistry.addForStatement2
In a similar way to how we did the previous stage of AST migration,
the existing visitors have been modified so that the default
implementation of visitForStatement2 redirects to visitForStatement;
this allows clients to change their overrides of visitForStatement2 to
override visitForStatement instead. Once all clients have been
migrated we will be able to delete the visitForStatement2 method.

The task model is still allowed in analyzer tests since we still have
some unit tests of non-task-model functionality that rely on the task
model to do their testing (see #35734).
Unit tests whose sole purpose was to test the task model have been
removed. Test files that now empty have been removed. Non-empty test
files that now contain no tests of their own have had their `main`
functions removed, and have been renamed so that the testing
infrastructure will no longer attempt to run them.

The tests are moved into a mixin,
StrongModeStaticTypeAnalyzer2TestCases, which both
StrongModeStaticTypeAnalyzer2Test and
StrongModeStaticTypeAnalyzer2Test_Driver apply separately. This
allows tests to be marked as failing in
StrongModeStaticTypeAnalyzer2Test without affecting
StrongModeStaticTypeAnalyzer2Test_Driver.

AnalysisDriverResolutionTest is partially updated, about 30 failing
tests added. I will get back to it in a following CL, it is not
directly CFE integration, but updated understanding how we want to
resolve. For example we don't need types for non-expression identifiers.

Does not handle the other half of #33343, rejecting generic function
types as type arguments.
This revealed a secondary minor issue which was easy enough to fix. Type
arguments were not resolved within bounds:
class C<T extends S Function<S>(S)> {}
this would report 'undefined class S' for the return and parameter types
`S`. I almost split this into a separate CL, but, these two CLs are tied
together inherently by the tests case. Easy to solve at once.

The static type of invocations of methods from class Object on
receivers with static type dynamic has changed. Clean up a pair of
analyzer tests that expected the previous behavior and were expected
to fail because the analyzer already implemented the intended
behavior.

One thing to be careful of here is that function type bounds may be
left unbounded. However, their parameters and return type cannot refer
to a type parameter for resolve-to-bounds to work.
There are also a large number of ways that this can loop infinitely, and
a number of new guards had to be added (as well as some test cases) to
catch them all.

The analyzer used to emit a warning when a type parameter to a generic
method was used in an "is" check. This warning was there to help
users write code that worked correctly on both Dart 1.0 and 2.0. Now
that 2.0 generic methods are being more broadly supported and used,
this warning is blocking further library work, and is being removed.
