This change expands typedefs into their underlying function type in the
compiler. Typedefs no longer exist at runtime in DDC, so they now have
similar equality and identity behavior as other function types.
The compiler used to preserve typedefs so they could have a better
toString. But over time that support has been almost entirely lost;
the caching for function/interface types eliminates typedefs, and
DDC+Kernel does not appear to get any TypedefTypes from the common
front end. So in practice typedef types were almost never present at
runtime. Because of this, we can remove the remaining support with very
little user visible effect. This also brings DDC's canonicalization
roughly in line with dart2js for compile-time typedefs, so frameworks
like Angular will be able to continue their use of `identical` for fast
type comparisons.
This CL also fixes DDC's type caching for generic function types
(typeHashCode was incorrect for them), and has some refactoring to
improve names/comments and make the SDK runtime code more clear.

a ConnectionTask object that can be cancelled. Cancelling
a ConnectionTask closes any sockets that were opened for the
connection attempt that are not yet connected to the host.
This allows a closing HttpClient to close sockets for pending
requests whose sockets weren't fully connected yet.

This was difficult to observe in practice, as it required a combination
of two unlikely things:
- an `async` function with no awaits
- a custom Zone with side-effecting scheduleMicrotask callback
The new implementation matches dart2js and the Dart VM's behavior.

This migrates the JS builtin's string type to the `<T>` type parameter
for a few more cases. This was done to eliminate null checks, casts and
dynamic calls when dartdevk builds the SDK, so it matches dartdevc.

Doesn't come up in tests as that path (rethrow) is only exercised for unhandled exceptions.

This disables most runtime features of dart:isolate, similar to dart:io.
For now, this supports `new ReceivePort()` and `ReceivePort.close` as
those are used by async tests to keep the Dart VM alive. Those are
no-ops in DDC. Also removes most of dart:_isolate_helper, except for
the JS API that's used to bootstrap DDC `main()`.

This change improves DDC/DDK source maps:
- fix Analyzer backend step locations to pass all of the tests
Kernel was passing. Also improves breakpoints and code coverage.
- fix Analyzer backend to mark hover spans where possible, such as
fields, parameters, locals, `this`, properties, methods, etc.
- refactor DDC/DDK backends to emit source locations, rather than
pointers to Analyzer/Kernel tree nodes.
- unify/simplify source_map_printer between Analyzer/Kernel backends.
- source_map_printer understands JS expression nesting, marking the
innermost JS expression offset corresponding to a given Dart offset.
This preserves hover tooltips, even for expressions with implicit
coercions (e.g. `dart.test(x)`)
- source_map_printer understands that JS end-of-function markings need
to be before the closing brace.
- merge _visitAndMarkExpression and _visitExpression to simplify
Analyzer & Kernel backends.
- fix test expectations where the column location was too specific.
- adds a message to the stepping test runner to help future debugging.
- removes optional destructuring support from Analyzer backend. This
was unused/untested and added complexity. Instead we should decide
if/when to fully switch to destructuring, and then do so.

The content handlers on Fuchsia can potentially give each Isolate
different handles to use for stdout and stderr. This change provides
a hook for an embedder to call to supply the handles to Dart, and
removes hardcoding of stdio handles to 0, 1, 2.

There is no actual implementation here yet (that's your job :) ), but there is:
- An external method in dart:_internal, extractTypeArguments().
- Empty patch methods for that for the VM, dart2js, and DDC. These need to have implementations
filled in.
- A "dart_internal" package to expose a subset of the API. It gives you:
extractListTypeArgument()
extractMapTypeArguments()
We'll bring this into Google, but not publish it externally unless we find we really need to.
- A test for the behavior. It probably has bugs since I can't run it.

This is a strong mode migration that was missed in the earlier rounds.
It allows use of functions that have a more restricted argument type than Object in strong mode
