Move html custom tests off unittest
...
Many of the setUps were meant to be one time setUps, so
they're only called once.
anyOf is added to async_minitest using the minitest impl.

expose ServiceWorker, removed query and queryAll from in dart:html,
added constructor to MessageChannel and removed getCssCanvasContext.

Move tests from package "test" (back) to "unittest".
...
Since unittest is known to work with test.dart as a test runner and is
strong mode clean, it's a safer bet than test.
