Nicholas Shahan d933cc61e5 [test/status] Skip built_in_type_annotation_test on all backends
This test looks like it is intended for the analyzer/CFE only.
Since it is a multi-test there are hundreds of tests being run on
all backends with the exact same results on every CI and CQ run.

The structure and the nature of cascading errors from some of the
keywords means this test isn't easily adaptable to a static error
test.

Ryan Macnak 84db16381d [vm] Remove dead --load_deferred_eagerly and dependent code tracking for library prefixes.
Since Dart 2, library prefixes are always loaded eagerly on the VM.

Also remove reload check for deferred prefixes. This check was added to avoid behavior of library prefixes giving spurious "not loaded" errors after a reload, but now this error can never occur. Resolves a difference in reload between AST and bytecode modes, since bytecode mode isn't surfacing the deferred property.

Mixin declarations cannot be instantiated or extended, so they should

Kevin Millikin 4e4e9ec74a Implement int-to-double literal conversion.
The implementation strategy is to replace int literals with double
literals during type inference, provided they occur in a double
context and can be represented exactly as a double. This requires us
to keep integer literals larger than the 64-bit range until after type
inference and to keep the source text of 64-bit integers until after
type inference for error reporting.

We postpone the check for web int literals as well because the
expression generator that was performing it isn't otherwise needed.

Aske Simon Christensen bb2775b16a Only perform override check on declared members.
The code in class_hierarchy.dart that looped over override pairs
included implementations inherited from its superclass as potential
overriders, presumably in a broken attempt to include some interface
checks into the mix.

With this problem fixed, the special case in kernel_class_builder.dart
that excluded overriders not declared in the current class (i.e.
declared in a mixin) could be removed without incurring false
positives.

These override checks performed on members from a mixin produce an
extra context message indicating the class where the two members meet,
giving rise to the override relation (similarly to interface checks).

Since the same member can now override more than one member (or even
the same member more than once), the diagnostics message duplication
check has been extended to also include the context in the comparison.

Kevin Millikin c9b05d3f1f Allow super calls in mixin declarations
Allow super calls to occur in mixin declarations if they target a
method from any of the superclass constraint interfaces.

Instead of compiling the Dart mixin declaration
    mixin M on S0, S1 {...}
to Kernel:
    abstract class _M&S0&S1 = S0 with S1;
    abstract class M extends _M&S0&S1 { ... }
we compile it to Kernel:
    abstract class _M&S0&S1 implements S0, S1 {}
    abstract class M extends _M&S0&S1 { ... }
because the former is not symmetrical with respect to S0 and S1. It
will prefer a method from the 'mixin' S1 over one from S0 which can
give a compile-time error if the method from S0 is more general.

Modify mixin inference to support the new compilation of mixin
declarations. It still has to support old-style VM super mixins until
support for those is removed from the VM.

Jenny Messerly 0496569f09 implement super mixins in dartdevc and fix a few issues in Analyzer
Fixes #34167. This implements the Dart 2 mixin proposal
(https://goo.gl/KEKQyv) for DDC. When the mixin is applied, a class
is created for the application that extends the correct superclass
and has all of the instance members, so `super` works correctly.

This also fixes a few minor issues in Analyzer's (mostly complete)
implementation:
- InterfaceType.isObject now returns false for Dart 2 mixins.
- Least upper bound calculation recognizes mixins are not Object.
- Interface of the mixin now implements its superclass constraints.
- Mixin superclass constraints are checked against the superclass and
  all previously applied mixins (if any); this keeps it working with
  the subtype fix above, and also prevents a not-yet-applied mixin
  from satisfying the constraint

The language_2/mixin_declaration tests were updated with a few minor
fixes now that we can run Analyzer/dartdevc to test them.

This change implements super mixins for DDC's Kernel backend (DDK)
too. This will be enabled once Kernel adds a flag to recognize which
Class nodes are mixins (vs normal classes).

Paul Berry c925fa6b00 Lay the groundwork for comparing language_2 compilation results between analyzer and CFE.
This CL just adds the compiler=compareAnalyzerCfe option to the test
framework, and updates the status files so that no language_2 failures
are expected when this "compiler" is used. A placeholder executable
has been added to sdk/bin, but it is not wired up yet--that will be
done in a future CL.

In a future CL I will wire up the placeholder executable to the code
in pkg/analyzer_fe_comparison, and fill in the methods in
CompareAnalyzerCfeCommandOutput to process the output accordingly.

Lasse Reichstein Holst Nielsen 68b6bbc3ac Add tests for new mixin declaration syntax.
The tests are not exhaustive, but they can hopefully be a good start when implementing the feature.

The test are not *checked* since there is currently no implementation of the feature, or even the syntax.
They should be expected to contain some errors.

Daniel Hillerström 2f77de53e2 Revert "Enables arity check for overridden methods inherited from a mixin."
This reverts commit 03c7184cca.

Reason for revert: Flutter doesn't build with after this CL because the following (kind of) program

  abstract class RenderObject {
  String toString({int minLevel}) => "foo";
  }
  abstract class ContainerRenderObjectMixin extends RenderObject {}
  abstract class RenderBoxContainerDefaultsMixin implements
  ContainerRenderObjectMixin {}

is wrongfully rejected. In patching this, I stumbled upon what seems to be bug in Fasta where some concrete classes arising from mixed in applications are marked as abstract, which causes the patch to produce false-positives. This needs some more investigation.

Original change's description:
> Enables arity check for overridden methods inherited from a mixin.
>
> The return type and parameter types checks are still disabled for
> mixins as there is an issue with type parameters being uninstantiated
> in mixin applications which causes the two checks to produce
> false-positives. As a result the SDK fails to compile with the two
> checks enabled because the libraries (such as collections) makes
> extensive use of mixin application with generic types. I've opened a
