Alexander Aprelev efa1e18428 [vm/concurrency] Allow class finalization done by background compiler
This CL removes asserts that prevented background compiler from doing class finalization.
It adds program_lock synchronization for when object properties are updated during class finalization.
It also encloses code instructions installation into safepoint scopes to ensure that no code is executed during installation.

Ryan Macnak b1c09ecd8f [vm] Make naming more consistent when converting between handles, tagged and untagged pointers.
Currently we have things called XPtr which are not what you get from ptr().

Old world:
handle->raw() returns RawObject* (tagged)
raw_obj->ptr() returns RawObject* (untagged)

After 6fe15f6df9:
handle->raw() returns ObjectPtr
obj_ptr->ptr() returns ObjectLayout*

New world:
handle->ptr() returns ObjectPtr
obj_ptr->untag() returns UntaggedObject*

This work pulls in v8 support for these features with

https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/34935.

This adds support for the following features:

* Interpreting patterns as Unicode patterns instead of
  BMP patterns
* the dotAll flag (`/s`) for changing the behavior
  of '.' to also match line terminators
* Escapes for character classes described by Unicode
  property groups (e.g., \p{Greek} to match all Greek
  characters, or \P{Greek} for all non-Greek characters).

The following TC39 proposals describe some of the added features:

* https://github.com/tc39/proposal-regexp-dotall-flag
* https://github.com/tc39/proposal-regexp-unicode-property-escapes

These additional changes are included:

* Extends named capture group names to include the full
  range of identifier characters supported by ECMAScript,
  not just ASCII.
* Changing the RegExp interface to return RegExpMatch
  objects, not Match objects, so that downcasting is
  not necessary to use named capture groups from Dart

**Note**: The changes to the RegExp interface are a
breaking change for implementers of the RegExp interface.
Current users of the RegExp interface (i.e., code using Dart
RegExp objects) will not be affected.

Martin Kustermann d3fde891bf [VM] Fix deadlock between mutator and BG compiler
Here's how the deadlock can happen:

  * The vm-service background compiler asks all threads to go to a
    safepoint before it finalizes the code. Then it finalizes the
    code and notifies code observers. A code observer posts a
    message to the vm-service. Posting this message requires holding the
    monitor of the receiving isolate's message handler (see
    MessageHandler::PostMessage).

  * The vm-service mutator holds it's message handlers monitor and
    enters the isolate (see MessageHandler::HandleMessages). The
    StartIsolateScope schedules the mutator thread, which will in return
    see that BG compiler wants to safepoint, so it waits for BG compiler
    to finish.

At this point the mutator holds the MessageHandler's monitor and waits
for BG compiler to finish safepoint. The BG compiler tries to post a
message to the message handler (and the monitor is locked).

-> This CL ensures the BG compiler only arranges a safepoint before it
   starts creating the instructions object. It fills it in and exits the
   safepoint again. Only then do we notify code observers.

Furthermore this CL ensures we transition out of VM to native state
before calling the Dart_PostCMessage() function.

fschneider@google.com 876193b31a Make CTX allocatable by the register allocator.
This change makes CTX available by not caching the current
context while in Dart code. Instead the current context
is held in a local variable (:saved_current_context_var) and
is passed as argument in CTX at calls.

This also simplifies a lot of code in the debugger: As a result,
Isolate::top_context is not needed anymore since the current context
can always be extracted from a Dart frame.

By moving all stubs that do runtime calls into the isolate
we don't need to cache the current isolate in each context

This saves space on each context at the cost of duplicating stubs
in each isolate. Most stubs are already isolate-specific and the total number
 of stubs is small enough for this to be a good trade-off.

fschneider@google.com cd54507fc2 Mark native functions when they are created.
Until now the parser marked native functions as native when parsing.

This may be too late for some functions. E.g. the native typed list
constructor may not be invoked because the intrinsic code is executed
instead (unless for example new-space allocation fails).

This causes missing type information when optimizing functions using
those recognized factory functions like Uint8List._new.

srdjan@google.com caf04303f7 Deoptimization can occur at Dart calls (includes native calls to C) but not at runtime calls. This assumption (verified with Todd and Gilad) simplifies the implementation of lazy deoptimization considerably.
Add flag --deoptimize-alot, which will lazily deoptimize all live optimized frames. Currently only the presence of deoptimization information is checked.

Add kDeoptAfter deoptimization point, which is the continuation for lazy deoptimization, after a call. Rename kDeopt to kDeoptBefore.

Removed a tests case that called into a native without properly setting up a Dart frame (Ok-d by Siva).

Native functions are not optimizable.

TODO: Split deoptimization information from DeoptimizationStubs. Check for redundant PcDescriptor information (what can be merged, especially at calls).

turnidge@google.com 14f614da12 Use the return value of vm native methods to set the return value,
based on Siva's earlier suggestion (he actually suggested putting it
in the generated stub, which I haven't done).

Added SetReturnUnsafe and use it exactly one place so far.

Remove kAbstract from the list of function kinds. It now has its own
dedicated bit. This allows us to distinguish abstract methods from
abstract getters and setters.

asiva@google.com 3107319e40 Simplify representation of stack frames. Remove the special types DartFrame/StubFrame and instead use StackFrame with methods IsDartFrame and IsStubFrame for frames representing Dart or Stub Code. This eliminates all the complexity that was added to ensure that we always see only one stub frame before hitting a dart frame during iteration.
Fixes bug 6380625 which was another case when we had two stub frames before hitting the dart frame.
