Tess Strickland 0f8861e3ba [vm] Standardize hashing instance methods in C++.
In the codebase, we have several different interfaces for instance
methods that return a hash:

- uword Hash() const;
- intptr_t Hash() const;
- uint32_t Hash() const;
- intptr_t Hashcode() const;

This CL standardizes on `uword Hash() const` and adjusts any related
functions to match.

TEST=Existing test suites, as this is an internal refactoring.

Ben Konyi 5e88959488 [ Service ] Deprecate CpuSamples.timeSpan
The implementation of CpuSamples.timeSpan has never matched the
specification and has never been returned properly from the service
(returned as 'timespan' instead of 'timeSpan'). Since timeSpan is
effectively the same value as timeExtentMicros, timeExtendMicros should
be used instead.

Alexander Markov b6dc4dad4d [vm/aot] Avoid using most Code objects in stack traces with --dwarf-stack-traces
The following changes are done in preparation for the removal of Code
objects in AOT with --dwarf-stack-traces:

* Stack trace objects are extended to hold uword PCs (which may not
  fit into Smi range).

* Scanning stack frames in GC (StackFrame::VisitObjectPointers)
  now avoids using Code objects.
  In order to find CompressedStackMaps it now calls
  ReversePc::FindCompressedStackMaps.

* Singleton Code object (StubCode::UnknownDartCode()) is prepared as
  a replacement for Code objects in stack traces. It has
  PayloadStart() == 0 and Size() == kUwordMax so it includes
  arbitrary PCs.

* In --dwarf-stack-traces mode, most Code objects obtained from stack
  frames are replaced with StubCode::UnknownDartCode().
  This simulates future behavior of ReversePc::Lookup when Code objects
  will be removed.

As part of making the compiler and other subsystems independent

This CL only replaces usages of `Isolate::{object_store,class_table}`

Tess Strickland e2df4d30a0 [vm] Remove non-private uses of TokenPosition::value().
Instead, split each old use into the following cases:

* If the TokenPosition value is expected to be a real token position,
  then use TokenPosition::Pos().

* If the TokenPosition is being serialized in some way, then use
  TokenPosition::Serialize() and change the place where the
  TokenPosition is recreated to use TokenPosition::Deserialize().

* If the value of the TokenPosition is being printed for debugging
  purposes, then just use TokenPosition::ToCString() instead.

That is, we try to pin down when token positions are expected to
be real vs. when other types of token positions can be found.

Another source of possible error when using token positions is to
convert between synthetic and real token positions. In the past,
synthetic token positions may have been based off real token positions,
but that is no longer the case. Thus, all methods that allow
that conversion have been removed, and instead there is a new static
method for constructing synthetic tokens from valid nonces.

This CL also makes it so that Pos() and relational operators on token
positions are only defined on real token positions, to avoid any
assumptions about what the value encoded in synthetic positions mean. To
help with cases where non-real token positions may occur, four helper
methods are added:

* TokenPosition::Min(a, b): A static method that returns the smallest
  real token position provided. If neither `a` or `b` are real,
  returns `a`.

* TokenPosition::Max(a, b): A static method that returns the largest
  real token position provided. If neither `a` or `b` are real,
  returns `a`.

* TokenPosition::IsWithin(start, end): Determines whether `this` falls
  between `start` and `end` (inclusive). If `this` is non-real, then it
  must be either `start` or `end` if synthetic, otherwise false.
  Otherwise, we mimic the old style of range checking, which means that
  non-real starts and ends are treated as less than every real token.

* TokenPosition::CompareForSorting(other): Unlike the relational
  operators, provides a comparison between any types of token positions
  for purposes such as sorting. Currently only used in the profiler.

It also changes TokenPosition::ToCString() to tag synthetic token
positions, so they can be distinguished from real ones at a glance.

which make heavy use of the debugger and the unit tests for the
profiler/source report modules.

Ryan Macnak e92c7678a7 [vm, observatory] Respect requested tag order even when --profile-vm=false.
Blame time waiting for service or kernel isolate startup against LoadWait instead of VM.

In the table profile view, include VM tags. Because of the flattening nature of this view, it is less intrusive than in the tree view.

Carlo Bernaschina 0e32851cfd Add Timeline Dashboard hidden page in Observatory
- Refactoring of the TimelinePage in order to remove the
  dependencies from the Service objects.
- Implemented TimelineRepository to abstract the communication layer
- Structured new TimelineDashboardPage with simplified UI and event
  filtering

The VM returns lists of events which are forwarded to Catapult.
Some events are white-listed for the common user.
Due to limitations in the way the events are generated the only way to
attach the white-list flag to the events is by adding an extra argument.
By setting the hash of timeline.html to #basic we inform JavaScript that
we require the activation of the filter which forwards just the events
white-listed to Captapult, while preserving all the others during
dumping operations.

Ben Konyi cc68a66f28 Updated native memory allocation profiling to use its own sample buffer instead of sharing a sample buffer with the CPU profiler, which did lead to samples being quickly overwritten even if the memory hadn't yet been freed. This will ensure allocations are accurately displayed in Observatory as the CPU profiler will no longer overwrite samples associated with native memory allocations.

Jens Johansen 4b9f8eb460 [kernel] Add TokenPosition to AllocateObject, fix some cc tests
- Add TokenPosition to AllocateObject
  meaning that kernel more often has a TokenPosition available.
  This might influence profiling, especially it influences some
  of the vm/cc/Profiler* tests.

- Update profiler_service to also be able to find the current token
  via kernel (as opposed to either returning NULL or crashing).
  This makes use of the source code included in the kernel file.

Matthias Hausner 408a64756e Fix setting breakpoint setting in await statements
CL https://codereview.chromium.org/2626753002 introduced a “real” token
position for the synthetic code that re-throws an exception returned
by an await’ed expression. This interferes with setting a breakpoint
in a line that contains an await, since the synthetic code happens to
be at the lowest compiled code address and will thus be picked as the
breakpoint location.

This CL makes the re-throw a synthetic token position again, but
includes synthetic token positions in stack traces. This is an alternative
fix for bug #28325.
