Vyacheslav Egorov d959f4290e [vm/compiler] Disambiguate Code names when emitting instruction sizes info.
Previously the output used scrubbed qualified names which hides some
of the information and causes names of various synthetic functions
collide. We change it to use internal qualified names instead and add
additional information for disambiguation:

- For functions this means adding a prefix for various synthetic
methods;
- For anonymous closures we add their token position;
- For types we prefix type parameters with their owner's name.

We also add a unit test covering parsing of
--print-instructions-sizes-to output.

As part of adding a test dart2native was changed to support passing
extra arguments to gen_snapshot binary.

Alexander Markov 8d16dbb17f [vm/nnbd] Revise IsTopType* predicates
IsTopTypeForAssignability is renamed to IsTopTypeForSubtyping to better
reflect that it works both for subtyping and assignability.

Most uses of IsTopType() are changed to IsTopTypeForSubtyping().

The remaining uses of IsTopType() are checking for top types in
instance-of ('is') tests, so IsTopType is renamed to IsTopTypeForInstanceOf.

Also, Instance::IsFutureOrInstanceOf is renamed to RuntimeTypeIsSubtypeOfFutureOr
to align it with RuntimeTypeIsSubtypeOf and reflect that it is
calculating subtyping and not instance-of.

Tess Strickland 2d865dc69b [vm] Fix non-symbolic stack traces with --lazy-async-stacks.
Symbolic and non-symbolic stack traces had separate ToCString
implementations with the same general structure, but those
implementations diverged enough to cause issues in certain async stack
modes. They are now merged, with the --dwarf-stack-traces-mode flag
checked where appropriate within the merged method.

Also, now non-symbolic stack traces do not include frames for Code with
invisible Function owners unless the flag --show-invisible-frames is
enabled. With this change, pkg/native_stack_traces no longer needs to
guess at which frames corresponding to Dart code should be treated as
internal.

Tested by adding --dwarf-stack-traces version of the tests
in runtime/tests/vm/dart/causal_stacks.

Alexander Markov 53860a5822 [vm/nnbd] Take Never type out of the VM isolate
Never type in the VM isolate causes bootstrapping problems when
null-safety mode is auto-detected. We cannot initialize its type
testing stub without knowing null-safety mode and we cannot patch it
after figuring out null-safety mode because VM isolate is read-only.

The solution is to move Never type (and Never class) out of the VM
isolate and make them per isolate.

Ryan Macnak 160046f44c [vm] Move CID predicates out of RawObject.
When using C++ value types to represent tagged pointers, we cannot use forward declarations for tagged pointers. This helps to break include cycles when attempting to keep IsXYZ predicates as tagged pointer member functions.

class_id.h also seems like a more natural place for these predicates, which were written before there was a class_id.h.

Instead of each Visitor being a distinct type, now FunctionVisitors
are subclasses of ClassVisitors (since we visit each class to visit
its methods) and CodeVisitors a subclass of FunctionVisitors (since
we visit each function to visit its code). Thus, we replace the
different ProgramVisitor::Visit<type> methods with a single
ProgramVisitor::WalkProgram method that walks the program, looking
for applicable objects.

Teagan Strickland b55342cb3e [vm/aot] Drop some Function objects not needed at runtime.
In particular, don't serialize a function if its code is used by the
dispatch table, but there's no need for the function object itself
at runtime like dynamic lookup or dynamic invocation forwarders.

However, just because the owning function is not needed at runtime,
it may be used during serialization for things like assembly label
creation. Thus, instead of just clearing out the Code's owner field,
we add a new WeakSerializationReference (WSR) object whose target is
the original contents of the owner field. The WSR allows the
serializer to access the original owner, but also signals to the
serializer that the target should not be serialized in AOT snapshots
unless there are additional strong (non-WSR) references.

If no strong references are found, then the references to the WSR
in the snapshot are replaced with a reference to a WSR that only
contains the class ID of the original target. The serializer creates
only one WSR per class ID.

If strong references are found, then the target is still serialized.
In this case, the WSR is dropped entirely and any reference to it is
replaced with a direct reference to the serialized target. Thus, WSRs
only exist in the precompiled runtime for targets with no strong
references.

Martin Kustermann 7310377823 [vm/compiler] Tests, cleanups and fixes to Type Testing Stubs.
So far we relied on our normal Dart tests to exercise and test TTS.

This CL adds concrete TTS unit tests, which directly construct the
values the TTS accepts via the calling convention (instance,
dst_type, instantiator tav, function tav), and allows us to test

  * whether TTS handled the type test
  * whether TTS was falling back to STC which handled the type test
  * whether TTS (and STC) preserve the necessary registers

This CL also gets rid of TMP usage in TTS related code.

This CL also adds documentation about TTS to
runtime/docs/compiler/type_testing_stubs.md.

This CL also fixes two issues:

  * handle all-dynamic null vector `as Foo<..., T, ...>`
  * compare the actual type parameter value in `as Foo<..., T, ...>`
    (instead of using type_class_id>)

There seem to be no major performance changes, some benchmarks change
positive/negative but many of them seem to be bi-modal.

Move the inlined code performing an instantiation cache lookup to stubs in order to reduce code size.
Add stubs checking nullability of type arguments to share instantiator (or function) type arguments before looking up instantiation cache, and possibly calling into the runtime for instantiation.
Modify constant propagator to instantiate constant type arguments at compile time.

This regresses Pointer load and store loops because LoadUntagged is never hoisted out of loops. But with support for passing TypedData, in a follow up CL, we cannot assume that only Pointers are passed in the future.

It also changes the FfiCallInstr context to hold the Pointer, rather than the address, as call sites can be unoptimized and we cannot handle an untagged address there.

Victor Lima b951498903 [vm/aot] Allow static methods to have unboxed args and return
Static methods and constructors may receive unboxed parameters.
This change adds a bitmap to the RawFunction object indicating
which parameters are unboxed and their types. Also, the stack frame
bitmap was updated to include new bits for those parameters.

The ArgumentsDescriptor object was updated to store not only the number
of arguments, but also their size, since 32-bit platforms would use two
words for each int64 and double value.

In addition, static methods that return non-nullable integers
