Matthias Hausner 408a64756e Fix setting breakpoint setting in await statements
CL https://codereview.chromium.org/2626753002 introduced a “real” token
position for the synthetic code that re-throws an exception returned
by an await’ed expression. This interferes with setting a breakpoint
in a line that contains an await, since the synthetic code happens to
be at the lowest compiled code address and will thus be picked as the
breakpoint location.

This CL makes the re-throw a synthetic token position again, but
includes synthetic token positions in stack traces. This is an alternative
fix for bug #28325.

Regis Crelier 3633c5bd5e Rename Closure instance field type_arguments_ to instantiator_.
Simplify handling of closures as deferred objects.
The name "type_arguments_" is confusing, because class Closure is not generic.
Class Closure was forcefully made (kinda) generic by setting its
type_arguments_field_offset_in_words_ field to a valid value, so that the
type_arguments_ field in closure instances could be accessed similarly as in
generic instances. With generic functions, closures will potentially have more
than one instantiator and the name type_arguments_ becomes nonsensical.

Vyacheslav Egorov 364b8575de VM: Restore old implementation of ClassID.cid* fields.
When we were implementing bootstraping from Kernel in https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/commit/23fd1a184b393825f29444243780f3593ce0b3c1 we switched ClassID.cid* fields to become 'static final' lazily initialized fields instead of constants as they were before. This was mainly done to allow dartk compile patched_sdk - because these fields were previously injected in runtime and never existed in the text form.

However this regressed code quality for app-jit and app-aot snapshots because 'static final' fields are reset by snapshotting so resulting code contains InitStaticField and LoadStaticField instructions.

John McCutchan a0ee5b24db Track async causal stack traces
This CL improves the stack traces that accompany exceptions. Whenever an
async function is entered, we remember how we got there. This is similar
in spirit to package:stack_trace but the implementation is more efficient
and memory usage can be more easily reasoned about.

Tracking causal stack traces:

- [x] Upon entry to an async function, capture the synchronous stack trace prefix and store it into the closure.
- [x] Upon entry to an async* function, capture the synchronous stack trace prefix and store it into the closure.
- [x] Before returning from an async function, clear the Thread's asynchronous stack trace.
- [x] After resuming an async function, load the sychronous stack trace prefix into the Thread.
- [x] Filter stack traces to remove async machinery.

Service protocol changes:

- [x] Send causal async stack trace.

Observatory changes:

- [x] Display causal async stack trace below async functions.

Ryan Macnak 909ce02b12 Encode inlining information in CodeSourceMap and remove inlining interval arrays.
CodeSourceMap now contains a small bytecode that describes changes to the token position and inlining stack as one moves through a function. This information is used by the disassembler to display inlining comments and by the profiler to properly blame ticks against source code.

Slightly shrinks the total size of code metadata; on dart2js compiling hello world, the final heap is

 before 59.6MB total, 12.8MB List, 1.1MB CodeSourceMap
  after 59.4MB total, 12.1MB List, 1.5MB CodeSourceMap

To be filtered and included in AOT code to expand inline frames in stack traces.

Using two CMOVs for class ID load is not a win relative to a simple branch.
Unroll the loop that checks entries in the IC data to find correct call.
Don't check a counter for overflow on 64 bit, it's not going to happen and
even if it did it makes little difference.
Don't reload receiver and arg0 for every entry in the IC data in the
multidispatch case.
According to my measurements this IC stub is about 10% faster in the
single dispatch case, and about 15% faster in the less important double
dispatch case. Unoptimzed code spends about 30% of its time in these
two stubs.

Martin Kustermann e97bcc5475 VM: [Kernel] Partial support for metadata annotations
The CL adds metadata support for Fields/Classes/Functions/Constructors. There
are other places where annotations can be put in the Dart language but the
Kernel IR currently does not store it in the AST.

Whenever a element (e.g. a function) gets annotated, the VM will make a [Field] for this
element whos value is an array of evaluated constant metadata annotations.

This CL attaches to these [Fields] a `kernel_function` which is then used to do the constant
evaluation.

Utilize the offsets added in previous CLs.
While this doesn't by it self give anything that resembles
a good debugging experience, it should now be possible to
set *some* breakpoints and actually break on them.

Because of the way observatory works (and because of an
unfinished Script::GenerateLineNumberArray (for kernel))
the formatting of the code you try to load up and 'debug'
has to be quite specific (e.g. no indentation at all),
and even then it mostly doesn't work.

This is step #3 in introducing these things, next step(s) will be
fixing stuff like the above.
