This CL enables tree shaking of `Struct` sub classes by simulating the
native behavior in Dart code.
We call the struct constructors in let expressions where FFI trampolines
are created which allocate these struct objects in native code. This way
TFA is instructed about the native behavior. The VM recognizes these
constructor calls as dead code and removes them.
For more info see go/dart-ffi-struct-treeshaking.

This CL fixes the types on the generated #fromTypedDataBase constructors.
Also, this CL also cleans up the struct naming:
* _addressOf -> _typedDataBase
* _fromPointer -> _fromTypedDataBase
* #pointer -> #typedDataBase
These cleanups are not split into a separate CL to prevent updating
the .expect files multiple times.
Finally, this CL enables running a single transformer test through:

The kernel loader works without an active isolate. It no longer causes
execution of Dart code. Constants are evaluated in CFE and are simply
"deserialized" by the kernel loader.
Since kernel loader doesn't execute Dart code and also doesn't process
OOB messages at any point, there's no reason to have a [NoReloadScope]
in it.
Formatting language errors seems to be done purely in the VM and should
therefore also require no [NoReloadScope]

Whether a given isolate allows reloading is really a property of the
thread not the isolate (where it was before) or isolate group (where
it was moved to), so this CL moves it to Thread.
As the thread's stack is going down and up, NoReloadScope's might be
entered or exited, just as with our many other scopes, such as
NoOOBMessageScope/...
Longer term we might need to find a better mechanism to deal with
different OOB messages. For example: Reload as well as OOB messages
are disabled during static field initialization. Though that means *all*
OOB messages cannot reach the isolate during initialization of a static
field (which can do arbitrary amount of work).
This is part of making hot-reload work with isolate groups.

This means we cannot use a specific isolate's information (such as it's

Since loading kernel will affect all isolates within a group, there
should be nothing isolate-specific inside the kernel loader. To ensure
we don't have (or introduce) any accidental uses, we add a
NoActiveIsolateScope to the main parts of kernel loading.
Only loading of native extensions - done by the kernel loader -
currently requires an active isolate. The reason for this is that
loading native extensions happen by calling out to embedder, which calls
back into the VM using the our embedding API (which currently requires
an active isolate)

When handling hot reload via library tag handler's Kernel tag
VM must guarantee that external typed data it receives from the
embedder stays alive for as long as VM has any structures
referencing this kernel binary. This is achieved by attaching
original typed data to KernelProgramInfo objects containing
the views into it.
Unfortunately kernel::Reader APIs were somewhat unsafe: allowing
to construct reader object from Program's raw buffer and forget to
set the link betwen the reader and original typed data.
This created a situation where reloading using a multicomponent
Kernel binary would result in KernelProgramInfo objects without
link to the original typed data, which in turn leads to premature
finalization of external typed data and subsequent crashes
when trying to use delete kernel binary.
This CL reworks kernel::Reader API (by introducing kernel::ProgramBinary
wrapper) to make it safer and make sure that connection is preserved.

This CL adds support for nested structs in FFI calls, callbacks, and
memory loads and stores through the Struct classes itself.
Nesting empty structs and nesting a structs in themselves (directly or
indirectly) is reported as error.
This feature is almost fully implemented in the CFE transformation.
Because structs depend on the sizes of their nested structs, the structs
now need to be processed in topological order.
Field access to nested structs branches at runtime on making a derived
Pointer if the backing memory of the outer struct was a Pointer or
making a TypedDataView if the backing memory of the outer struct was
a TypedData.
Assigning to a nested struct is a byte for byte copy from the source.
The only changes in the VM are contained in the native calling
convention calculation which now recursively needs to reason about
fundamental types instead of just 1 struct deep.
Because of the amount of corner cases in the calling conventions that
need to be covered, the tests are generated, rather than hand-written.

This CL makes use of the now included constant constructor coverage
in the dill file.
It works like this:
* When the CFE evaluates constants, every constant constructor
invocation evaluated saves the reference to the constructor in the
`Source` (from the Components uri to source table) for the callers
Library.
* This data is loaded into the VM in a "raw" format.
* When a request for coverage comes in, the VM - on top of the normal
coverage processing - goes through all scripts to find constant
constructor coverage for the requested script and offset. Note that
all scripts must be checked because library A can have evaluated a
constructor from library B - so even if only coverage for library B
was requested, library A has to be checked.
For all constructors found the start and end position is reported as
covered. Note that this does not mark any initializes and there are
(at least currently) no good way of marking which initializes were
evaluated (because it has to be stable across edits even when the
`advanced invalidation feature` is enabled).
* Note that the reason for the coverage to work on references - as
hinted above - is because we want it to be stable across hot reloads
even if/when advanced invalidation is enabled. This means, that
library A cannot record "positional coverage" for library B because
library B might get (for instance) new comments that will make any old
offsets invalid. By using references we always lookup in the current
world and use the correct offsets.

As part of making lightweight isolates work in JIT, we will need to
ensure that whenever a new isolate is spawned it will get it's initial
global field table populated.
In order to achieve this we make the isolate groups initial field table
the authoritive place where we
a) register initial static field values
b) serializer reads them from, deserializer writes them to
This allows us to also remove the `FieldLayout::initial_saved_value_`
that was present for both static and non-static fields. In reality this
initial saved value is only meaningful for static fields though it was
kept in memory as well as (de)serialized even for non-static fields.
The one place where it was actually used for non-static fields was

The removal of this field results in net removal of code in this CL.

As part of making lightweight isolates work in JIT, we will need to
ensure that whenever a new static field is loaded, it will get a new
slot on every isolate and the possibly initial static value is set in
all isolates's field state.
In order to achieve this we first move field registration out of
Field::New*() - to the place where the field is created and the initial
static field value is known.
In a future CL we will make a field registration be performed on all
isolates in a group.
TEST=CL is internal refactoring, existing test coverage.

ClassLevel and Class.level have been unused for (at least) years.
This CL removes them.
Library.flags furthermore had the first bit unused after the 'external'
flag was removed (last year I think).
This CL shifts it down so the actual flags doesn't start at bit 1.

Also replace any null flag entries left in the parameter names array to
zero Smi values, so that after truncation, no null checks are needed for
retrieved flag entries.
Now that all appropriate places truncate the parameter names array after
setting any required bits, dynamic closure call dispatchers can simply
check for any post-name flag entries to detect missing required named
parameters if no named arguments were passed.
Without the added truncate calls, then
vm/dart/minimal_kernel_bytecode_test fails when dynamic closure call
dispatchers use that shortcut as seen on patchset 1 of CL 160725.

CFE now provides a reference from member signatures to their origin (see https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/157498).
This CL bypasses loading of member signatures in JIT mode and uses their origin as target in interface calls. AOT mode is not modified.

This CL adds support for unboxing of return values of getters and
therefore completes the work on unboxing support for normal members
(closures are still missing).
As with existing unboxing support for methods and setters, we utilize
TFA information to proof a getter will always return non-nullable
int/double.
We then make such a getter return unboxed int/double. If there are
dynamic calls to the getter a dyn:get:* forwarder will be created
which performs boxing of the return value.
Overall this reduces RX by eliminating BoxInt64 instructions. It
sometimes increases metadata due to more dyn:get:* function objects.
=> On our main size benchmark targets show no significant change.

Right now we assign class ids to top-level classes, abstract classes as
well as concrete classes. All of them have allocated from a 16-bit pool
of ids. The VM FATAL()s once it hits that limit.
Customers who run very large programs (significant amount of generated
code) on the Dart VM have started to hit this 16-bit class limit.
Concrete classes can have instances in the heap. Our current heap layout
only allows 16-bit class ids to be encoded in the header word. To avoid
increasing the size of heap objects or shrinking the size of the identity
hash code to 16-bit we keep class ids in object headers to be 16-bit.
Abstract classes cannot have instances in the heap. Though their class
ids are encoded in type objects. Furthermore we sort classes in
AOT/AppJIT mode to perform fast class-id range checks. To avoid impacting
this optimization we treat abstract classes the same way as concrete
classes.
Top-level classes cannot have instances in the heap. Their class ids are
only used in the runtime code, for example for hot-reload as well as
part of the service protocol.
=> We can allocate class ids outside the 16-bit range for top-level
classes, thereby freeing a significant amount of space in the 16-bit
range.
This CL does exactly that: We change classid_t to be int32_t. The
ClassLayout::id_ can now be assigned ids outside 16-bit range for
top-level classes. To do this we keep dart classes and top level classes
as separate arrays in the ClassTable.

Note: This is a reland of https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/150343
Adds a new SDK hash to kernels and the VM which is optionally checked
to verify kernels are built for the same SDK as the VM.
This helps catch incompatibilities that are currently causing
subtle bugs and (not so subtle) crashes.
The SDK hash is encoded in kernels as a new field in components.
The hash is derived from the 10 byte git short hash.
This new check can be disabled via:
tools/gn.py ... --no-verify-sdk-hash
This CL bumps the min. (and max.) supported kernel format version,
making the VM backwards incompatible from this point back.
This also bumps the min. and current ABI version.
