Tess Strickland 100e12b6cd [vm/compiler] Copy inlined IDs with token positions.
When creating new instructions that inherit a token position that
represents a source location from another instruction, the inheriting
instruction must also have the same inlining ID in order for the source
position represented by the token position to be looked up in the
correct script.

Force this by wrapping both in a single InstructionSource struct which
is taken by instructions which take token positions instead of just a
token position. That way, it's more work to manually transfer the token
position separately from the inlining ID of the instruction than doing
the right thing of transfering both at once.

To ensure this information is kept consistent, we pass InstructionSource
structs through the FlowGraphCompiler all the way down to the
CodeSourceMapBuilder.

This CL also makes the following changes:

* Cache the upper bound of source positions in scripts and use it to add
  a check for if a given real token position is valid for the script
  without iterating over the line starts data for each token position.

* Start inlining intervals appropriately when adding descriptor and
  null check information to the code source map.

Code size changes are minimal on Flutter gallery in release mode
(<0.05% decrease).

TEST=Existing tests on trybots, with manual checking with
--check-token-positions that previous errors are now removed.

Ryan Macnak 6b5d9f1d1b [vm] Progress toward running without TSAN warnings.
- Ignore all data races on object headers. These are harmless because of higher-level constraints in the GC.
 - Make all concurrent marker tasks check-in with the monitor to indicate they are done marking roots, not just the last one. This establishes synchronization between the which ever task read the handle blocks and the mutator resuming and writing to the handle blocks.
 - When a helper thread exits the isolate, perform clearing of the reusable handles under the thread registry's lock so it doesn't race with the GC visiting thread roots.
 - Disable background compilation when running under TSAN. There are lots of races here. Many are harmless. It's hard to annotate these without effectively disabling TSAN checks for the entire Dart heap, so simply disabling the background compiler will give us the most TSAN coverage for the time being.
 - Fix race in abandoning TLABs during helper thread exit.
 - Remove harmless race between concurrent sweeper and allocation of new heap pages.
 - Suppress TSAN on known race in array truncation.
 - Remove racy access FLAG_stacktrace_every, which is no longer needed as compilation can no longer trigger execution to evaluate constants.

Samir Jindel bc16959fc7 Reland "[vm/ffi] Dispatch native callbacks through trampolines if we can't ensure callbacks will always be executable."
The original revision is in patchset 1.

Three bugs are fixed:

1. Fix SIMARM_X64 build: no need to generate trampolines for AOT or simulated JIT.
2. Hot-reload: Fix hot-reload: don't invalidate Code for force-optimized functions.
3. Windows: Provide shadow space to runtime routines.

Vyacheslav Egorov f496e538f4 [vm] Decouple assemblers from runtime.
This is the next step towards preventing compiler from directly peeking
into runtime and instead interact with runtime through a well defined
surface. The goal of the refactoring to locate all places where compiler
accesses some runtime information and partion those accesses into two
categories:

- creating objects in the host runtime (e.g. allocating strings, numbers, etc)
during compilation;
- accessing properties of the target runtime (e.g. offsets of fields) to
embed those into the generated code;

This change introduces dart::compiler and dart::compiler::target namespaces.

All code in the compiler will gradually be moved into dart::compiler namespace.
One of the motivations for this change is to be able to prevent access to
globally defined host constants like kWordSize by shadowing them in the
dart::compiler namespace.

The nested namespace dart::compiler::target hosts all information about
target runtime that compiler could access, e.g. compiler::target::kWordSize
defines word size of the target which will eventually be made different
from the host kWordSize (defined by dart::kWordSize).

The API for compiler to runtime interaction is placed into compiler_api.h.

Note that we still permit runtime to access compiler internals directly -
this is not going to be decoupled as part of this work.

vegorov@google.com 2b42069b43 Fix LoadOptimizer's handling of load/stores with constant indices for TypedData.
LoadOptimizer computes KILL sets in assumption that place X[C] can alias place X[K] if and only if K == C. This however does not hold for TypedData where X[0] can alias X[1] if we are reading 32bit value at X[0] and 8bit value at X[1]. The only thing that TypedData guarantees is that all accesses are done with byte offsets aligned by the size of the data type.

This change incorporates TypeData elements aliasing rules into LoadOptimizer:

- Place hierarchy was extended with constant index places for TypedData X[C|S]:
  - C is a byte offset to the element being read instead of an unscaled index that was used before;
  - S size of the element being read.

- KILL set computation ensures the following aliasing rule:

      X[C|S] aliases X[RoundDown(C, S')|S'] for all sizes S' > S
