Fixes the case where the Image name and type was not written
to the v8 snapshot profile in non-precompiled mode.
Adds core-jit snapshot tests to the v8 snapshot profile writer test.
In core-jit and app-aot-elf modes, verify that all bytes in the
snapshot sections are accounted for in the profile.

This is a reland of 5909fd111d
Does a large refactoring on the V8 snapshot profile writer
to clean things up, add more debugging support, and to fix
the problems that surfaced during the original landing.
Other changes:
Changes Serializer::CreateArtificialNodeIfNeeded() to create
artificial nodes for Code objects and immutable arrays.
Fixes CodeSerializationCluster::Trace() to only push needed parts of
discarded code objects, instead of tracing them like full code objects.
Adds test cases to v8_snapshot_profile_writer_test that exercise
the following situations (both separately and together):
* Non-symbolic stack traces are enabled and code and function objects
are dropped when not needed at runtime.
* Creation of the dispatch table is disabled.

When materializing objects during deoptimization, their fields were
set using Instance::SetField. However, Instance::SetField updates
field guards and it is strict about not taking 'sentinel' value.
That caused assertion to fail when trying to materialize an instances
with late fields which were not initialized yet and have 'sentinel'
value.
Changed materialization to use a more low-level SetFieldAtOffset
in case of sentinel value.

Since allocation instructions can throw OOM exceptions, they require
deopt information. In general it's rather hard to test that this deopt
information is correct.
In order to test this, this CL makes those IR instructions support lazy
deopt and add tests that exercise this deopt sequence, thereby ensuring
the deoptimization environment is correct.

is a new flag --write-retained-reasons-to=<path>.
To allow for non-functions to have reasons for retention, the
JSON objects in the array now have one additional field:
* type: a string, the C++ type of the Dart object.
This CL also wraps all the machinery in a RetainedReasonsWriter
class instead of putting it in the Precompiler interface.

The deoptimization environment of AssertAssignable should not have it's
inputs in it, since those get poped before the call to the
TypeTestingStub.
A lazy deopt should therefore continue in unoptimized code after the TTS
call, without the inputs.
This was discovered by running many lightweight isolates concurrently on
the JIT.
To simplify a regression test we'll add new VM flags that can trigger
deoptimization on any runtime call (optionally filtered by name of
runtime call).
We can use this mechanism to possibly discover more bugs of the same
kind.

The CFE can invoke transformations despite having compile-time errors.
The async transform was crashing the compiler if it hits for-in
iterables that have an invalid type or never type.
In case of an invalid type, the program has a compile-time error and
won't be able to run propertly. So we'll replace the entire for-in with
an invalid expression statement if the iterable is an invalid
expression.
In case of a never type, the program should compile fine, which this CL
also fixes.
This makes the newly added tests no longer result in DartkCrash but
rather in a compile-time error (invalid expression) or runtime-error
(never type).
