Johnni Winther 56f46b0659 Remove non-nullable experiment flag from front_end test cases. 
This changes the CFE expectation test suites to use unsound null safety
as default to avoid passing --enable-experiments=no-non-nullable to opt
out old test folders.

This change removes most test folders from the 'strong' tester, since
this now only supports sound null safety, which requires all libraries
to be opted in. Instead, the 'weak' tester now runs all test folders.
Additionally the 'outline' tester is changed to use unsound null safety
so that it call be used on all test folders.

The 'fast_strong' tester is removed since it should just be run locally
and it can be run by passing an option to the other testers.

References to non-existing 'shaker' folder has been removed from
testing.json.

Johnni Winther 52db62dd65 [cfe] Use MixinSuperStub 
This CL adds stub for each concrete mixed in member into mixin
applications. The body of the stub calls the original member via
a super call.

This addition means that resolution of super access now use the
stub and not the original declaration as the target, which means
that it will be correct even when mixed in members are cloned. For
this reason, dart2js no longer needs to perform its own super
member resolution.

When a super call targets a mixin super stub (after cloning) it
can be optimized away by redirecting the call to the `stubTarget`
of the call. This optimization is performed in dart2js.

Since dart2js now uses the correct super target, its runtime
mixin application needs to avoid overriding members already
declared in the mixin application. These members are the
forwarding super stubs which ensure that correct runtime types
when members with covariant parameters are implemented.

Jens Johansen 66f11394f3 [CFE] Textual outline knows about (and can thus sort) named mixin applications 
Before this CL the textual outline didn't know about named mixin
applications which caused it to insert "fences", i.e. splaces it
wouldn't sort across.

So for instance
class E {}
class D {}
class C<T> = Object with A<Function(T)>;
class B {}
class A {}

would not be sorted fully because class C is a named mixin application,
something it didn't know about, and it would only allow stuff on either
side to be sorted. So the sorted output would have been

class D {}
class E {}
class C<T> = Object with A<Function(T)>;
class A {}
class B {}

With this change it knows about it and the output would now thus be
class A {}
class B {}
class C<T> = Object with A<Function(T)>;
class D {}
class E {}

Martin Kustermann 7a0d9455e4 [vm/aot] Ensure interface targets are re-resolved after deduping of mixin application classes 
When the CFE compiles an application as a whole (reads in all source
code), the interface targets to members of mixin applications are the
original mixin classes.

When the CFE compiles an application modularly (dependencies are
supplied as kernel files), the interface targets to members of mixin
applications are the copied members in the mixin application classes.

This slight difference does not surface in any test failures. Yet if we
start running our AOT kernel pipeline, we will deduplicate the mixin
application classes. This leaves dangling references (with no target).

The C++ AOT compiler, `gen_snapshot`, will crash if it hits any of
those.

Peter von der Ahé 57ac8b1ad9 Remove redundant instrumentation from tests and expectations. 
Remove instrumentation for diagnostic messages, forwarding stubs and
covariance, since all this information is present in the expectation
files already.
