Jens Johansen 4c0cab024e [parser] No longer support ?.[ syntax 
Update CFE tests (and a few analyzer tests) to match the new world
of the syntax being unsupported.

Jens Johansen 12c92332f8 [CFE] Parser test can run scanner in non-nnbd-mode 
Tests in the folder "non-nnbd" are run in non-nnbd mode.
