Sam Rawlins 13f9993511 Analyzer: Extract parser test base classes, helpers 
Each of the *_Fasta test cases has a lot of test cases from the
corresponding *Mixin mixin. I started to combine _all_ of these
in parser_test.dart, but the file became too long; the formatter
was freezing IntelliJ.

So I've extracted out the non-test classes into parser_test_base.dart.

I'd like to extract each test class into its own file. For now, I
reduce half a dozen *_Fasta/*Mixin pairs into individual test classes.

Sam Rawlins 69cb9f7a67 Analyzer: Remove legacy parser (replaced by Fasta). 
* Replace most of the implementation of Parser with the implementation
  found in _Parser2, which uses Fasta.
* Rework Parser constructor to do exactly what the previous factory
  constructor + _Parser2 constructor did.
* Remove _Parser2 and ParserAdapter.
* Remove `useFasta` argument in several places.
* Delete tests in parser_test.dart which only used the legacy parser.
* Move ParserProxy from parser_fasta_test.dart to parser_test.dart
* Remove ~240 cases of dead code like `if (useFasta)` and `useFasta ?`
  in tests.

Sam Rawlins 9e6486fe3f Analyzer: Make test fields late, late final, or hinted for migration. 
Many fields can be late or late final, so adding hints for the migration tool.

In SnippetTester, the fields are all set in the constructor. Added a factory
constructor so the fields can be final. Renamed them to be private.

Sam Rawlins e56e5104cf Analyzer: prep file_system tests for null safety. 
Fields initialized in `setUp` are late.

Variables initialized with implicit casts like:

    ClassDeclaration clazz = unit.declarations[0];

would need a cast:

    ClassDeclaration clazz = unit.declarations[0] as ClassDeclaration;

so they are updated to use var, which is more idiomatic:

    var clazz = unit.declarations[0] as ClassDeclaration;

Mike Fairhurst 34069eeb10 [analyzer] Fix InterpolationString contentsOffset contentsEnd 
Fix relating to https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/issues/42634, the
incorrect offsets from not tracking first/last properly meant the linter
was using custom logic here:
https://github.com/dart-lang/linter/blob/master/lib/src/rules/unnecessary_string_escapes.dart#L77
but that logic doesn't properly handle unclosed quotes, later producing
range errors in that case.

Landing this will allow me to switch the linter over to this code which
does handle unclosed quotes correctly (for the most part, see the
failing test, that won't cause crashes though), and fix this crash.

Paul Berry b0b06bff31 Revert "Issue 37487. Add CompilationUnit.languageVersion override." 
Reason for revert: it was a breaking change to the analyzer public API.

There were two breakages:

- A @required `languageVersion` parameter was added to
  AstFactory.compilationUnit, which is part of the officially
  supported analyzer public API.

- A @required `languageVersion` parameter was added to the Parser
  constructor, which is not part of the officially supported analyzer
  public API, but is part of its de facto public API due to the fact
  that it is used by dart_style.

This reverts commit ce26dfda7d.

Konstantin Shcheglov f470695875 Stop using ClassElement/TypeParameterElement.type in tests. 
There are 4 references to `type` left in tests, because it looks
that these tests validate peculiarities of the `type` getter itself.
I will remove them later, when the production code is off `type`.

Paul Berry de013a4b51 Add an optional path parameter to parseString. 
This is needed because some clients rely on the path showing up in
error messages.

Paul Berry 53a905cde1 Introduce function parseFile2. 
This is similar to the existing `parseFile` function, but it is more
efficient, and it supports the same parameters `featureSet` and
`throwIfDiagnostics` as `parseString`.
