ager@google.com 652415daaf Cleanup of math sources. 
Get rid of temporary unified directory version. Move back into
lib/math where it should be.

Rename patch files from the for math.dartp to the form
math_patch.dart.  They are just dart files and I don't like the new
dartp extension.

floitsch@google.com a51dc25968 Make isUtc a getter, change some method names in Date. Weekday is now 1 based. 
isUtc is now a getter.
Date.hours -> Date.hour
Date.minutes -> Date.minute
Date.seconds -> Date.second
Date.milliseconds -> Date.millisecond
Date.fromEpoch -> Date.fromMillisecondsSinceEpoch
Date.value -> Date.millisecondsSinceEpoch
Date.MON == 1 (up to Date.SUN == 7).

Fixes issue 3444, 1985.

iposva@google.com 3b3b6e5000 - Add a math library. Currently it mostly matches the Math class in dart:core. 
- Add a useable Random number generator.
