antonm@google.com 7ce9049f3f Support custom constructors with signature declaration. 
For now Intent is the only IDL interface which has both CustomConstructor
attribute and singnature for the constructor.  CustomConstructor should
trump the signature.

AbstractView is not referenced by other idls so we can just ignore AbstractView.idl
like v8 bindings do.

Function -> EventListener rename also doesn't affect anything.

podivilov@google.com 45f10a7f63 Remove EventListener attributes from Dart DOM API. 
All idl interfaces that have EventListener attributes are EventTargets and implement
addEventListener/removeEventListener methods. We can safely drop this JavaScript legacy now.

The changes in dom and html libs are due to interfaces that are now treated as EventTargets
(the list of EventTargets in webkit-supplemental were not full).

Chrome gyp files define the list of all idl files used for bindings generation.
We need a way to pass this list to idl database builder so we are always up to date.

The Dartium build will uses the IDL in dart/third_party/WebCore first instead of third_party/WebKit/Source/WebCore due to my last CLs.

This CL should make it use the latter.  Please go ahead and commit if the next roll breaks on this.
