Alexander Markov c8860b4ca2 Remove all uses of --limit-ints-to-64-bits VM option
VM option --limit-ints-to-64-bits was enabled by default a while ago,
and now we're preparing to remove it from Dart VM.

This CL removes all uses of this option in preparation for this cleanup.

Alexander Markov b7c3c32f63 [vm] Do not assign type to phi if it was loaded from a different local
During SSA construction in strong mode, types of local variables are
propagated (assigned) to phis which are 'loaded' from slots corresponding
to those local variables.

It is incorrect if phi was stored in a different local variable with a more
specific type and then reloaded.

After this change, type is propagated from local variable to phis only if
phi was created for this local.

Alexander Markov 1a1c7693d2 [VM/compiler] Fix range analysis for 64-bit fixed-size integers
This CL corrects handling of overflows in range analysis to
account for wrap-around (which happens with new integer semantics).

* If there is an overflow while doing computations in range
analysis, the resulting range is approximated as full int64 range.

* For symbolic range boundaries 'symbol + offset', offset is checked
to stay within [kMinInt64 - kSmiMin, kMaxInt64 - kSmiMax] in order
to guarantee that overflow doesn't occur.

Vyacheslav Egorov d117760ba6 [vm/kernel/aot] Skip unnecessary type checks on parameters of instance methods.
This relands 75a9579ea0.

The approach works as follows:

Step 1: Kernel transform. Under the closed world assumption compute the
set of selectors dispatched dynamically, then mark all procedures that don't
match any of those selectors as 'not-dispatched-dynamically'.

Step 2: VM backend. When building IR for a function if this function was
marked as not-dispatched-dynamically then omit type checks for any parameter
that is not marked as generic-covariant-impl, as such arguments are guaranteed
to be checked on the caller side (by front-end).

* Flutter gallery Instructions size is reduced by 11% (8748720 bytes to 7846368 bytes).
Baseline is at 6196496 bytes.

Alternatively to annotating individual procedures, I considered annotating Program node
with a set of dynamically dispatched selectors. Decoding and passing this information
around proved to be quite cumbersome in the "streaming" world, so I opted for a simpler
approach where all individual procedures are annotated.

When AOT call specializer computes single target for a method

Lazy injections means that we don't have complete knowledge

Vyacheslav Egorov 9678113619 [VM] Fix incorrect range assignment for Uint32 ops.
When replacing 64bit signed operations with unsigned 32bit ones
IntegerInstructionSelector::Replace would simply copy 64bit operation's
range onto uint32 op. This however is only correct for positive range,
non-positive ranges must become [0, kMaxUint32].

Alexander Markov 7a20b6b8d8 Option to truncate integers to 64 bits, part 1 (core VM changes)
This changeset revises --limit-ints-to-64-bits option to
change range of integers from unlimited to int64.
On overflow, integer arithmetic operations silently wrap around and
discard extra bits. No Bigints are allocated in case of overflow.

This changeset is the 1st part in the series of changes, it revises the implementation of integer arithmetic operations. More changes will follow.

Alexander Markov 499a587003 Fix incorrect DBC code generation of range-based CheckClassId
CheckClassId IL instructions with ranges of Cids were incorrectly
generated to DBC: instead of embedding range length directly into the Nop,
a constant was added into an object pool and index of the constant was
stored in Nop.

Vyacheslav Egorov 0eb44ec68f Use same range info when emitting code and computing if instruction can deopt.
For BinarySmiOpInstr and ShiftMintOpInstr we use range information to both
decide if instruction can deopt and decide which checks should be emitted
when emitting native code for this instruction.

However because range information is attached to the definition and not
uses it often gets out of sync as we mutate the graph. For example we might
first make a decision that an instruction can't deoptimize based on more
precise range information but then use less precise information in the
backend for deciding which parts of the instruction to emit (because
redifinition or a phi-instruction was removed from the graph). This mismatch
can lead to a crash if less precise information tells backend that one of the
inputs need to be checked - because there is no deoptimization label to jump
to.

This CL is addressing this problem by ensuring that range information is
cached at the use and both ComputeCanDeoptimize() and backend use the same
range information.

Additionally this CL kills overly generic MergedMath instruction and replaces it
with TruncDivModInstr.

Fuchsia has lots of different file types that aren't covered by all of

Ryan Macnak cfe5e5f075 Include metadata in AOT to expand inline frames in stack traces and provide line numbers.
Also fix stack trace collection to always include invisible frames. It can happen that a visible function is inlined into an invisible function, and we don't expand inlined frames until we print a stack trace.
