Ported SecureSocket to use BoringSSL on OSX and iOS. This included registering a callback with BoringSSL using SSL_CTX_set_cert_verify_callback, which overrides the BoringSSL certificate verification process, in order to verify certificates against the system's root certificates and then proceed to let BoringSSL handle the rest of the SSL session. In addition, this change includes refactoring to share BoringSSL code that used on all platforms.

VM: [Kernel] Revert changes to the native ports that introduced peers.
...
The problem with these changes was that closed ports still continue to receive
messages and as a result we start using dead peer objects.
Fixing that would require more intrusive changes into message handler implementation - so instead we are reverting the changes and restoring manual PORT -> PEER mapping.

Really remove io support when dart:io is unsupported.
...
Previously we would compile in implementaitions of native calls for
IO functions that would never be used. This CL provides implementations
that throw a Dart exception if they're called by mistake. It also uses
a DART_IO_DISABLED preprocessor define to clean up the build files and
check that we're not including code we shouldn't.

Remove the reply port form the native isolate handler
...
The handler function for a native isolate no longer gets an explicit
reply port. Instead the reply port must be sent as part of the message
if required.
The Dart_CObject structure now exposes the send ports in a message to
a native isolate.
