Konstantin Shcheglov c9ea44bd8f Use the static type from the identifier element is local completions. 
We always have fully reoslved unit, so usually actual types are available.

For the case when the type annotation cannot be resolved, keep the
old code that returns unresolved type string in this case. Probably
can be simplified more, e.g. remember declared types on the side instead
of passing them around just in case. Later.

Konstantin Shcheglov da49615c2c Don't filter out references to constructors. 
Even if we assign to something that wants a different type, we might
chain some property access on it later on, so it is not nice to don't
suggest anything at all. Instead, we should give higher relevance to
compatible types, but keep all the rest with default relevance, as we
did already for everything other than instance creations.

Janice Collins 1afe71c08a Enable preview-dart-2 as default for analyzer. 
Based on https://dart-review.googlesource.com/c/sdk/+/52340, but adds
the necessary plumbing through the test system to pass through
negations to strong and preview-dart-2.  Also adds support for those
negations to the analyzer.

Konstantin Shcheglov 316af55593 Suggest enum constants for imported enums. 
So, you can complete `Column(crossAxisAlignment: ^)` and get all of
the CrossAxisAlignment right away for selection. Or you can start
typing `center` and by the time when you typed first letters, you get
several completion suggestions. There are several enums with `center`,
but because we give compatible types higher relevance, the correct
one is always the first.

Exact type get the largest relevance boost, subtypes a smaller boost,
and the rest has default relevance for its element kind.

Konstantin Shcheglov 0346acf550 Don't suggest generative constructors of abstract classes. 
So, we don't suggest EdgeInsetsGeometry for 'padding: ', even though
it is the type of the parameters. But we still suggest its subclasses
EdgeInsets and EdgeInsetsDirectional.

Danny Tuppeny 23127d04b6 Fix test_ArgDefaults_function_with_required_named test on Windows 
The changes in addSource are so that the driver gets the convertedPath
(newFile already converts).

The change in the test is to format a path for importing on Windows - it
seems that importing a file with an absolute path is a bit wonky on
Windows (I presume since this is testing imports it's using absolute
paths for a reason).

The helper in the Mixin is for doing the conversion from a Windows path
to an importable version of it (this has many questions to answer and
maybe already exists somewhere?).

Konstantin Shcheglov 0ff7348c7b Switch tests to use Flutter package mock that more closely resembles the actual package structure. 
So, we can test that "Wrap with Center" works when we ask for Center
in package:flutter/widgets.dart

Paul Berry 105b170ddb Roll package test to 0.12.29+1 and stack_trace to 1.9.0 
This required some changes to analysis_server, since analysis_server
used to have its own version of pumpEventQueue().  Since
pumpEventQueue() is now provided by the test package, I've removed
analysis_server's version, and I've updated some of the call sites to
pass in "times: 5000" to replicate the old analysis_server behavior.

This also required some changes to analyzer, since the fail() method
is now marked as @alwaysThrows, so no code may follow it without
producing a dead code hint.

Dan Rubel a459bc8b7c Add fasta parser constructor reference recovery 
This CL fixes/improves 2 keyword contributor situations
when analyzer is using the fasta parser:

* Recover gracefully given a constructor reference
  followed by a dot without an identifier

* Include a colon whenever suggesting the 'default' keyword
