No more flag, always parse into the new AST, always visit new AST nodes,
always return them as child entities, parent-child structure reflects
the new AST.
So, use `namePart` and `body` where possible. Deprecate previous
properties.
This is still de jure a breaking change, because `parent` of deprecated
properties changes. De facto this required very few changes in google3.
Once this CL lands, I will publish `analyzer 10.0.0`, migrate everything
to new properties, delete deprecated properties, and publish `analyzer
11.0.0`.
Maybe deprecate `NamedCompilationUnitMember.name` and migrate to
subclass specific `name` or `namePart` properties before publishing
`analyzer 10.0.0`. This part is not breaking per se.

This change adds a new parameter `typeParametersInScope` to `DartEditBuilder.writeType`, and related methods to deprecate the previous `methodBeingCopied` parameter, which limited our ability to pass in some type parameters that are in scope.
Also fixes a TODO about testing if the `Record` feature is enabled or not.
And as a bonus, we now always write down type parameters by looking for the closest public type or falling back to `Object?` or `dynamic`.

Because ChangeBuilder can be used to modify multiple files, the EOL should come from an individual files edit builder and not from the overall ChangeBuilder.
This change renames `eol` on ChangeBuilder to `defaultEol` (since it's still useful to supply a custom default, for example when moving a class from an existing file to a new file, we want to default to the same EOL as the source file), and adds an EOL to file edit builders which is computed from the file content (and falls back to the default from ChangeBuilder if there are none).
My intention here is to not introduce any breaking changes (yet) so the ChangeBuilder constructor interface still has the "eol" named parameter (marked as deprecated) as well as the new `defaultEol` parameter.
I added a new `StringExtension` for `endOfLine` to both analyzer_plugin and analysis_server_plugin as we need this in both places (but I expect one of those projects will ultimately be dropped). This slightly differs from `CorrectionUtils.endOfLine` because it can return `null` which is a signal to fall back to the ChangeBuilder default instead of forcing its own default. (CorrectionUtils.endOfLine now uses that extension, although because of the null/default, it's likely that some - if not all - uses of this should migrate to the new extension and fall back to a default from a ChangeBuilder).

This change mainly has side effects for code completion, making sure we're suggesting the right members. When the user writes something like `E e = .^` where `^` is the cursor, they're most likely intending to write a dot shorthand.
So this parser recovery change ensures that we recover as a dot shorthand node and not as a prefixed identifier (missing it's target) in the analyzer. We don't need special casing in the code completion pass to handle dot shorthands in the prefixed identifier visitor now.
The CFE should have no notable changes, but I added a few tests since it uncovered some crashing behavior. The duplicate errors have always been the case even prior to this change.

Copying change builders in order to enable reverting changes from a
single correction producer when there's an exception is expensive.
This CL replaces that implementation with a transactional model.
Clients are not required to start a transaction (that happens
automatically), but are required to signal the end of a transaction by
invoking either `commit` or `revert`. (Actually, `commit` is assumed
if neither method is invoked before computing the `SourceChange`.)
There is some information in the Dart file edit builder related to
imports that isn't correctly handled. The reason for this is that too
much of the import computation is done up-front. I don't think this
will be a problem in practice (or at least not often), but we should
come back at some point to change the implementation so that we retain
abstract data longer and perform more processing at the very end (where
we'll have complete information and probably be able to do a better
job anyway).
This CL improved the performance of the benchmark that adds and applies
fixes for 10,000 lint violations.
Before it took an average of 11216.0 ms.
After it took an average of 4200.2 ms.
Which is about a 62% improvement.

The comment for `MemoryResourceProvider.convertPath` includes:
> This is a utility method for testing; paths passed in to other
> methods in this class are never converted automatically.
and indeed, the actual impl of this method is found in an extension,
in analyzer's test_utilities/ directory. It seems to me better to
leave a testing utility as a testing utility, and not expose it in
the public API of MemoryResourceProvider.
Additionally, the extension method is used by `ResourceProviderMixin`,
which is moving to the public analyzer_testing package. It is illegal
to have a circular non-dev dependency between the analyzer package
and the analyzer_testing package.
The migration for the ~half dozen test files that use this method is
to call the extension method directly. Sometimes with an extension
override, and sometimes without.

When adding imports for elements, we could leave unnecessary imports because the first element is imported through one library, and then a subsequent element is imported through a library that _also_ includes the first element.
With this change, any time we add a new element import, we will check the existing pending imports to see if any of those can be satisfied by this new import, and if so map it over and check whether the old import is now unused by any element imports (and not an explicit import), in which case it can be removed.

Previously any pending imports added by DartFileEditBuilder would just be sorted by their text ignoring the kind of import. If there were existing imports for dart, package, relative then they might be inserted in the right places, but if there were not (or not the right kind) of existing imports, they would be just be added in alphabetical order (rather than dart, then package, then relative).
This change extracts some of the rules for sorting directives from analysis_server's ImportOrganizer into analyzer_plugin/src so that they can be reused by the DartFileEditBuilder that lives there.

`DartFileEditBuilder._importLibrary says "If [prefix] is an empty string, adds the import without a prefix", however the handling of an empty string would not match with prefixless imports due to an equality check (null vs empty string).
There was already a correct check further down, so this change moves that check further up and removes the bad condition from the earlier check.

In this CL, I do not change the signature of any EditBuilder code, as
it is public analyzer_plugin API. I only change doc comments and a few
impl nits here and there, to make more modern or idiomatic.
This CL is isolated this way so that when I do a copy to the
analysis_server_plugin package, the moves will be smaller, readable
diffs (almost zero diff, just imports and things like that).
