Converting NodeList to List<Node>.
This keeps the NodeList class because other classes depend on it (notably RadioNodeList), but converts all APIs over to List<Node>.

Removing ElementList.
This includes fixes to make it work properly on Dartium checked (_ChildrenElementList.filter and _FrozenElementList.filter no longer use typed lists).
