meant to model representation fields and combined member signatures

These are not meant to be handled by the backends. The combined
member signature can be the interface target of an `InstanceInvocation`
expression but will always have a `.memberSignatureOrigin` value from
one of the original class members.

This CL introduces StructuralParameter and StructuralParameterType
classes. They are intended to replace TypeParameter and
TypeParameterType respectively where those were used as type
parameters defined by FunctionTypes. Previously, type parameters of
FunctionTypes were represented by TypeParameter objects with the
‘parent’ field set to null. By introducing StructuralParameter and
StructuralParameterType this CL unambiguously separates the two
notions of type parameters.

We are experiencing diffs in Dart2JS source maps in `--test-mode` which does a serialization round trip. JS that should map to default parameters is instead mapping to the surrounding `Constructor` member since the FieldInitializer's offset is getting dropped.
This is affecting any Dart2JS split action build since those all end of serialiaing and deserializing the kernel. Any other tools using this serialization would also be affected.

There is an `includeSources` option today to skip writing both source bytes as well as the line starts. Dart2JS needs the line starts to generate source maps from its modified dill. But the actual bytes aren't used passed a certain point. This new option would allow us to exclude the information we don't need from the dill.
For large applications this can reduce the size of the dill by close to 50%.

The representation field of an inline class is not part of the
generated code - it does not have a corresponding synthesized top-level
methods like the other inline class members. Therefore, to support
access to the representation field, a new `representationName` field
is added to `InlineClass` that holds the name by which the
representation field can be accessed.
An access to the representation field is at runtime an access of the
receiver itself. To show that the static type of the expression changes
from the inline type of the receiver to the declared representation
type, an `AsExpression` is inserted. Since this check is not needed
at runtime, this node is marked with the new `isUnchecked` flag, that
backends can use to skip the check.

This adds AbstractSuperMethodInvocation, AbstractSuperPropertyGet,
AbstractSuperPropertySet nodes which are to be used for super access
in mixin declaration.
These super accesses do not resolve to their statically bound target
but instead the interface target on the types in the 'on' clauses, and
need to be updated to the statically bound target upon mixin application.
This has lead backends to disregard the interface target provided by
the CFE and instead always compute targets for super accesses.
This change is a step towards creating a clear separation between the
two use cases, enabling a more precise handling of super accesses.
The new nodes are not created yet with this CL.

This CL moves the bounds checking into the TypeBuilder instead of
performing it from the outside on the computed DartType node.
This solves several problems:
1) Errors are now reported on the type in the code instead of the
declaration which holds the type.
2) Checking of type aliases (both function and nonfunction type
aliases) is now handled correctly in all cases. This achieved by
computed the aliased type (containing TypedefType nodes)
internally and performing the checking on this type, and only
convert the type into the unaliased version (without TypedefType
nodes) after checks have been performed. Previously this handled
through the FunctionType.typedefType property for function type
aliases and through and incomplete work-around for nonfunction
type aliases.
3) With 2) FunctionType.typedefType is no longer needed and is
removed.
