asiva@google.com f4fe42c280 Added macros OBJECT_IMPLEMENTATION and FINAL_OBJECT_IMPLEMENTATION 
which have different implementations of 'operator=' and 'operator^='.
In the case of FINAL_OBJECT_IMPLEMENTATION we do not do the vtable setting
in these methods (Note the |= operator functionality is now subsumed into
the new implementation of "operator^=")

turnidge@google.com 8b68d343c7 Enforce length/size limits for variable size heap object in order to 
avoid overflow.

For each variable size heap object, compute the maximum number of
elements and use that in the ::New functions to avoid overflow.  If a
bad length/size reaches a ::New function, that is a FATAL error -- the
problem should have been caught earlier by the dart api or by the
library code.

Add "border guards" in the dart api and in library calls which cause
new variable size heap objects to be allocated.  We check for invalid
length/size and throw explanatory error messages.

cshapiro@google.com 8da7a95afc Narrow when storing to a byte array and implement uint64 get and set. 
Previously, the byte array get and set routines for integers would not
correctly narrow an integer when the width of a value being stored was
greater than the element width.  This change implements the behavior in
the Web IDL specification.

In addition, an implementation for uint64 get and set is now provided.

The new ByteArray interface supersedes the ByteBuffer type which allowed
only external data storage.  This type has been removed and replaced by
the more flexible ByteArray with a default implementation that stores its
elements on the managed heap.
