This is for post-construction custom element creation.

Element.created is public, then the base classes of that get private ._created constructors.

Turns out position and totalSize were on Firefox 3 and earlier, but we don't
have to worry about backwards compatibility that far.

blois@google.com 87e39090a1 Exposing native doubles as doubles when they are read-only or method return values. 
This keeps num for parameters of operations and fields which are settable. Requested because some DOM APIs (such as Performance.now) don't really make sense returning ints.

Chrome roll changed it from webkitCreateShadowRoot to createShadowRoot, polyfills need to be updated. This change should probably be reverted once everyone adapts to the new API.

Basically the constructors were failing in checked mode when they returned UnknownElement rather than the expected type. I adjusted the tests to account for this.

* a port of list change summary: https://github.com/rafaelw/ChangeSummary/blob/master/change_summary.js

The observePath/PathObserver code is written from scratch, but inspired by change_summary. I tried to keep it simpler; it does not support dirty checking. There's no good way to do that until we get dart:mirrors.

We had some discrepancies where interface lookup was using interface.doc_js_name but member lookup was using interface.id.

Standardized on interface.id.

Also updated the @DomName annotation to always use the JS interface name, which should help with MDN fallback documentation.
