The handler function for a native isolate no longer gets an explicit
reply port. Instead the reply port must be sent as part of the message
if required.

The Dart_CObject structure now exposes the send ports in a message to
a native isolate.

mlippautz@google.com 94502c10ea Checks CObject lengths in native API. 
Also converts the API to use intptr_t instead of a mixture of int64_t and int. Internally all variable length objects have lengths and maximum values represented as intptr_t (actually Smi ranges). In order to check for these maximum lengths we need to have a common type for 32 and 64 bit platforms.

Helping constructs like IOBuffer can still use 64bit lengths, but have to check that there values are actually in the domain of intptr_t as soon as internal objects are created.

Addresses issue 4314.

Renamed the kUint8Array type for a Dart_CObject structure to
kByteArray to support all typed data types. The specific type is
stored in a separate type field. No matter what the specific type is,
the length of the byte array is always in bytes.

sgjesse@google.com 52f54a2edd Add support for typed data views on native threads 
The deserializer running outside the VM can now decode typed data
views. As the typed data views are implemented as normal Dart
instances and not a internal VM object the deserializer have been
expanded to process serialized objects of the type used to create
these views. The typed data object that the view is based on will
always be serialized as part of the message.

Currently only vews created with constructor Uint8List.view on top of
an Uint8List are supported.

As Dart allows creating string with UTF-16 surrogate code units which
are not always in lead/trail pairs, we need to support this in the
communication with native ports.

This change allows surrogate code units in messages to/from native
ports and supports them in the UTF-8 encoding used on the Dart_CObject
structure string representation.

Adds String.fromCodeUnits and String.codeUnitAt, and modifies
String.fromCodePoints and String.codePointAt to actually use code points.
Fixes String.charCodes to use code points and adds String.codeUnits.
Reenables some tests, and adds new ones for non-BMP characters.
Fixes issues 6418, 6501 and 1357.

The string representation in a Dart_CObject strructure is now
UTF8. All strings read are now converted to UTF8 from either ASCII or
UTF16 serialization. All strings posted should be valid UTF8 and are
serialized as either ASCII or UTF16 depending on the content.

Proper andling of surrogate pairs is missing, but will be added when
https://codereview.chromium.org/11368138/ lands.

compatible with webkit and will allow for easy externalization of

ports was not correct. A GrowableObjectArrays is now handled as an
internal VM object and is now handled on all code paths.

represented as GrowableObjectArrays.

Array literals are created as GrowableObjectArrays internally.

A GrowableObjectArray holds a length and a backing store. The backing
store is an array. When receiving a GrowableObjectArray an object is
created for holding the GrowableObjectArray. The the backing store has
been read the object holding the GrowableObjectArray is transformed
into an array with its content from the backing store.

turnidge@google.com bd995a345e Avoid trusting the length encoded in the Snapshot if there is an 
external length available.  We now pass a length with all messages in
the vm and verify that there is no mismatch with the length from the
Snapshot.

Fixed a bug in the use of ApiMessageReader.  We were always manually
adding Snapshot::kHeaderSize to the data, but neglecting to subtract
kHeaderSize from the message length.

Added FullSnapshotWriter and MessageWriter classes.

ager@google.com 52230ca22b Support posting of external data into dart as external uint8 arrays through the Dart API. 
The native ports use the snapshot reader to create the dart objects. Added support for reading external arrays from snapshots but no support for writing them. The only way an external array is written to a snapshot is through the api message writer.

This allows dart:io to avoid one copy of data read from files and sockets. This change only contains one use of the new API.

Deserialize unsupported Dart objects to Dart_CObject of type
kUnsupported instead of NULL pointers. That way the normal
