iposva@google.com 070d3dedf7 - Add a per-isolate pseudo random number generator to the 
VM internals. This PRNG is not used to generate random
  numbers in Dart code.
- Use the PRNG to generate JIT cookies for large constants
  if needed during assembly.
- Add the possibility to set an external entropy source
  for the PRNG through the C API.

- Modify the library source generator to generate a source mapping array
  The generated array is of the following format:
  const char* dart::Bootstrap::corelib_source_paths_[] = {
    "dart:core", "/workspace1/dart-all/dart/sdk/lib/core/core.dart", 

    "bool.dart", "/workspace1/dart-all/dart/sdk/lib/core/bool.dart", 
    ...
    ...
  };

- Read the source file using the source mapping array instead of relying on
  a generated buffer containing the sources

- Modify the gyp files to ensure that all libraries are read directly
  from the sources. This CL does not change the patch part yet.
  Remove the source concatentation step in the gypi files for all the core
  libraries.

Move Pprof logic to the OS abstraction.
Remove pprof from VM tests because now pprof logic is in the VM itself.
Add DISALLOW and AllStatic to Code Observers where appropriate.

ager@google.com 0f53862f55 Change run_vm_tests to take the VM arguments before the test name so 
it acts more like the standalone VM. That way the test scripts can
uniformly pass extra arguments to the cctest runner and to the VM
itself.

The use case for this is that it is nice to be able to add extra
vm flags to all tests using the --special-commands flag for the
test runner:

./tools/test.py --special-commands='time @ --vm-flag'

This will turn cc tests into:

time run_vm_tests --vm-flag Selector

and VM tests into:

time dart --vm-flag my_test.dart

turnidge@google.com 0b833d4977 Add support for interrupting an isolate in the vm. Interrupts are 
implemented by extending the existing support for stack overflow
checking in the vm.  When an interrupt is scheduled for an isolate, we
overwrite the isolate's stack limit with a value guaranteed to cause a
stack overflow.

We support multiple kinds of interrupts, encoded in the low bits of
the stack limit.

Add Dart_InterruptIsolate and Dart_InterruptIsolateCallback to the
dart embedding api to allow the embedder to request and handle
interrupts.

Add EXPECT_SUBSTRING(needle, haystack) testing macro.
