Move delete/deleteSync up to FileSystemEntity, with a shared documentation.
...
This also means that FileSystemEntity.delete(recursive: true) now will
delete any object on disk, much like 'rm -r', without the need of
wrapping it in a Directory object.

Add the ability to change the working directory
...
Directory.current have been changed from a factory constructor to a
getter and setter. The getter returns a Direcotry object holding the
current working directory. The setter changes the current working
directory of the Dart process.

Use patching for dart:io.

This allows the tools such as dartdoc to operate on dart:io
in the same way as it does with other code and allows the
implemenation of parts of dart:io for dart2js if we ever
want to do that.
The current patching is very VM specific. I have only moved
stuff to patch files when they actually need to be. For
Process and Socket everything has to be moved because they
use native fields. For the rest, only the individual native
calls have been put in patch files.
