Danny Tuppeny c3d80286fe [analysis_server] Add a supportsUris client capability for legacy server to switch into URI mode 
This adds support for the legacy server to switch to URIs using a client capability. In this mode, all "FilePaths" will be URI strings over the protocol (in both directions).

It also allows the server to send LSP notifications (wrapped inside an "lsp.notification" notification, matching how requests/responses work). Notifications are automatically enabled if the client uses any LSP methods or sends the new "supportsUris" capability.

Brian Wilkerson d45080d365 Remove support for the older legacy completion protocol

Danny Tuppeny 76dc2c4cfa [analysis_server] Change LSP-over-Legacy to be wrapped with the original protocol 
Originally we didn't use the LSP Request/Response classes, and just exposed the handlers through the legacy request/response.

However there were some mismatches (such as legacy protocol always returns Map<String, Object?> but some LSP requests return Lists, LSP using int|String IDs, and LSP having numeric error codes that don't match legacy string error codes).

This change uses LSP's request and Response by wrapping them inside a standard (legacy) handler. The LSP-over-Legacy handler has become a standard handler, and the params contain an "lspMessage" field that holds an LSP message, and the result contains an "lspResponse" field that contains an LSP response.

If an LSP handler returns an error, it will be returned as an error inside the LSP response, which will be in a _successful_ legacy request (since that's how we can return an LSP response - as the result).

Brian Wilkerson 4eaf2d68cd Add a new request to format all of the files in a directory 
This is marked as experimental, and is only intended to be used by
`dart fix` as a way of formatting the files that were modified if the
analysis options file indicates that they ought to be formatted.

Konstantin Shcheglov ad5da2976b Add optional 'timeout' field to 'completion.getSuggestions2'. 
The intended use is in benchmarking, to specify a long timeout, so that
the first time, when we warm up, we do necessary one time work,
which would usually run out of budget the first few times. So, the
requests that we do measure are more stable.

Brian Wilkerson 3621c6a02f Add a flag to the bulk fix protocol to support testing 
I think it makes more sense for the server to read the config file than
for `dart fix` to read it and then pass the data to server as part of
the protocol, which it would effectively need to be parsed a second time.

But I don't want config files to be used outside of test mode, so I
added the flag to the protocol. Let me know if you can think of a better
approach.

lambdabaa 1c27b817fc New protocol to inspect analysis server state at code completion time 
This change adds a new, experimental completion domain request
`completion.listTokenDetails`. Its purpose is to allow
other programs to observe and make smarter decisions contingent
upon analyzer's internal knowledge of a Dart program.

lambdabaa d4b8e0696d Add the capability in analysis server protocol for clients to express 
interest in receiving not yet imported code completions from specific
packages and libraries.

The design of this interaction aims to avoid forcing analysis server
to send every public symbol from dependent packages at every completion.
Instead, clients express interest in certain packages and/or libraries
and analysis server will notify with the entire set of symbols for
each of them only once. Then it is the client's responsibility to save
these pre-computed completions in memory, and analysis server can
instruct the client on how to union them with the base set of completion
suggestions at code completion time.

danrubel db44a727e5 Extend the edit.dartfix protocol 
This CL extends the dartfix protocol to allow specifying which
fixes should be applied. In summary:

* includedFixes - list of fix names to be applied
* includeRequiredFixes - bool indicating required fixes should be applied
* excludedFixes - list of fix names that should not be applied

Given that the client can specify the fixes to be included/excluded,
then the dartfix cmdline help text should include the list of known fixes.
Rather than hard code this in the dartfix client, a new edit.getDartfix
request has been added to return the list of known fixes.

lambdabaa 3e8d87b59d Include request and response subscription methods to the AnalysisServer interface. 
Previously in the downstream intellij-plugins repo we added the ResponseListener methods
https://github.com/JetBrains/intellij-plugins/commit/d6a6512b6ea0f1faee3cebd6c05271bed9369b99.
Mirroring them upstream in the code generation tool will ensure that the
two interface versions do not diverge. Additionally, we'd like the
ability to correlate requests and responses to do things like measuring
roundtrip times. Adding symmetric request subscription hooks to the API
will allow us to accomplish that.

Dan Rubel edddc0ba58 Generate source changes for converting class to mixin 
This uses the AssistProcessor to generate the source changes
and pass them to the client. In a subsequent CL, the client
will apply those changes instead of displaying them.
