This change makes the FfiNative closure inherit the nullability
of the associated Dart function.
Example:
@FfiNative<Handle Function()>('MaybeStr')
external String? maybeStr();
Generates a closure of type `() → core::Object?`.
This enables @FfiNatives to return nullable types where they
previously would be forced non-nullable.

This change contains a few small improvements which reduce
time of type flow analysis (AOT compilation step 2):
* Faster construction of _DirectInvocation objects
* Eager approximation of arguments of operator==
* Eager approximation of arguments of identical
Improves time of AOT compilation step 2 (TFA) on a large
Flutter application 137s -> 124s (-9.4%).
Doesn't affect size of Flutter gallery AOT snapshot.

Adds explicit types to list literals used in the ffi/native
transform, as the list type inferred will otherwise be too
narrow.
This triggers a problem later on when a different transform
then tries to add a broader typed value into these lists,
triggering a typing error:
`type 'ConstantExpression' is not a subtype of type 'VariableGet'`

FFI functions return Handles as Object so we have to add a cast
to get the expected return type. E.g.:
@FfiNative<Handle Function()>(..)
external String getSomeStr();
Will have a synthetic FFI function of type `Object Function()`,
which we need to add a `as String` to.
This CL also refactors the overlapping parts of
`_transformInstanceMethod` and `_transformInstanceFunction` into
two shared functions.

without cluttering the transformations folder itself.

This CL adds the `Bool` `NativeType` with support for loading/storing
from `Pointer<Bool>`, `Array<Bool>`, and `Struct` and `Union` fields,
and support for passing booleans through FFI calls and callbacks.
The assumption is that `bool` is always treated as `uint8_t` in the
native ABIs. Including: (1) whether there can be garbage in the upper
bytes in CPU registers, (2) stack alignment, and (3) alignment in
compounds.
The conversion from `bool` to `uint8_t` is implemented as follows:
- bool to int: `value ? 1 : 0`
- int to bool: `value != 0`
The conversion is implemented in Dart in patch files for memory loads
and stores (pointer, array, and struct fields) and kernel_to_il for
FFI call and callback arguments and return value.

- Allows FfiNative annotation to be attached to non-static
methods of classes.
- Transforms non-static instance methods to static, adding
wrappers with the receiver as an extra, implicit first paramters.
- Transform all parameters and arguments to Pointer if the object
being passed supports it (i.e. extends NativeFieldWrapperClass1).
- Adds compile time errors for cases where the FfiNative annotation
doesn't align with the annotated function. Taking into account
implicit receivers and converted Pointers.
- Adds complimentary Analyzer checks for the above errors as well.
- Adds tests for the transforms, compile time errors and analyzer
changes.

Previously, TFA used ClosedWorldClassHierarchy from CFE to look for
dispatch targets of invocations, and cached those lookups. However,
doing lookups via ClosedWorldClassHierarchy for the first time is still
slow. Now TFA builds maps of dispatch targets from AST and no longer
uses ClosedWorldClassHierarchy for the lookup.
Improves time of AOT compilation step 2 (TFA) on a large
Flutter application 170s -> 152s (-10.5%).

We can't rely on GC to trigger the finalizer of a given test object,
so the previous liveness test was unreliable.
Instead we add an expect test to verify we generate the necessary
`reachabilityFence(..)`s to ensure liveness.

Our current unit testing infrastructure does not make it possible to
test AOT compilation pipeline end-to-end, because it does not run TFA
when generating Kernel.
This makes it challenging to write regression tests for certain issues.
Instead we extend test runner with a capability to perform IL matching
when running AOT tests.
runtime/docs/infa/il_tests.md provides details on how to write such tests.

1) fieldReference used for initialization; in FieldInitializer and as

We use an extension getter instead of an instance getter because
it doesn't conflict with any potential existing or future enums
which want an element named `name`.
Keeping the namespace for enum elements open is a priority.
We currently only reserve `index` and `values`.

Fixes language issue #1511, which is a long-standing request,
and should replace a number of alternative implementations
which are based on parsing the `toString()`.
This version has two fields on the shared superclass, the index
and private name, and has a separate `toString` for each `enum` class
which hard-codes that enum's class name.
An earlier version had both `"name"` and `"ClassName.name"` as fields
to be able to reuse the same `toString` method on all enum classes,
but that cost too much for JS compiled code.
Even having just `ClassName.` as a field and then combining inside
`toString` requires more code to create the enum instances.
Instead this version hardcodes the `ClassName.` string once
in the `toString` method, which means each enum class has its own
toString (which can *potentially* be tree-shaken then.)
This still tree-shakes slightly worse than the previous implementation
where every enum class had its own `index` and `_name` fields
independent of each other, which could then be tree-shaken independently.
However, the `index` was already made an interface member with the
addition of the `Enum` interface, so code which accesses `.index`
on something of the `Enum` supertype could prevent tree-shaking of
all enum classes' `index` fields.
Likewise any general access to the "name" of an enum would necessarily
do the same for the name.
This CL makes up for some of that by sharing more implementation
between enum classes.
DartVM AOT CodeSize impact: ~0.15% regression on gallery (little less on big g3 app)

This CL removes async markers where await wasn't used.
In a few cases this also meant the ability to make the procedure not
return a future at all.
Also - at least on the VM with my benchmark run on my PC - returning
new Future.value(whatever) in a non-async procedure is faster than
returning whatever in an async procedure.

The `toString` called `(-this).toString()` recursively
for negative durations.
If instantiated with the minimal integer on native,
that call would recurse infinitely.
The code has been wrong since we removed arbitrary precision integers.

As part of deprecating support for native extensions we are also
migrating away from legacy VM-specific `native 'name'` syntax
towards metadata based encoding which does not require any special
syntax.
This CL is a step 1 in migration:
- introduces support for `@pragma('vm:external-name', 'name')`
which serves as a direct replacement for `native 'name'`;
- all core libraries and tests are migrated to use the annotation;
Once this CL lands and rolls we will edit internal and external embedders
to eliminate uses of the native keyword (step 2) and finally remove
support for native keyword across our parsers (step 3).

This CL changes the frontend to emit map and set constants which are
then processed by the constant reader in the VM.
This CL also introduces support for sending the const maps and sets
in messages between isolates and saving it in snapshots.

This CL introduces immutable maps and sets in the VM backend but does
not yet target them from the frontend. The changes are tested by unit
tests constructing these immutable maps and sets.
This CL introduces immutable variants of the hash map and set in
compact_hash.dart and recognizes them in the VM. The immutable ones
use a different mixin with a different recognized method for accessing
members.
* Data list is an immutable list with a different cid. (Otherwise the
optimizer notices that immutable and mutable lists cannot be equal.)
* Index is a nullable mutable typed data. (Otherwise optimizer removes
necessary null checks.)
* Index should use a store-release barrier when written to.
Multiple isolates might lazily compute the index for const sets and
maps. This is fine because all identityHashCodes and hashCodes are
guaranteed to be race-free. The later isolates will override the index
pointer with an identical index.
This CL does not introduce support for using these immutable maps and
sets in AOT (clustered_snapshot) and in messages to other isolates
(message_snapshot) because that is harder to test with unit tests. That
will be added in the follow-up CL.
