was causing this to break.  Not sure if we can work around this in general.
The SOP policy limits are ability to inspect the state of the history.

Basically there was redundancy between canvas_test and canvasrenderingcontext2d test, I removed this redundancy and kept the failing test in canvas_test, which is now essentially empty.

blois@google.com 06f1665623 Adding synchronous measurement methods to Element. Refactoring unit tests some so element_test passes on all browsers. 
Original CL was failing in checked mode because the refactored html/element_test fires multiple mouseWheel event typess to try to validate that the event functions. This causes an assertion elsewhere, which is probably a valid assertion.

I'm not sure how much we get out of this test for mouseWheel, so I don't think it's a big issue to remove it.

sra@google.com d4bc3be9f9 Update indexeddb tests to work with both methods of upgrading a database. 
The 'unpgradeNeeded' method is standard and supported by FireFox and Chrome tip.
The 'setVersions' method will be needed until Chrome Stable is Chrome 24.

The tests work locally for FireFox 15 provided they are run from a http:// URL. Running from a file:// URL disables IndexedDB for security reasons.

I also did some refactoring unit tests some so element_test passes on all browsers- it seems quite bad that element_test was expected to fail on so many configurations. Ideally this gets refactored further when our browser support gets flushed out further.

Additional tests were marked as fail because they used the broken behavior. I've fixed these tests and removed their exclusions.

Argument types were mismatched, causing Dartium to fail.
